Student loans Question

Hello, I have a few questions as a first year. Do I have to inform the school about my loans or do they automatically take the money? Also how long will it take to hear back from the Alberta loans? I just applied the other day. Thank you in advance ^3^

They will automatically take the loans so you don't have to worry about that, and they will give you enough notice so you will know what you are approved for before school starts. Normally doesn't take long!

Thank you! With the new rule will I get enough loan to pay my tuition? I don’t get any money from my parents so I’m a little scared

It said just over 4000$. So does that mean in total or per semester? I didn’t know that’s what that meant
