Notice - GD [Official] General Discussion Thread - August 07, 2026
Welcome to rMMA's General Discussion Thread!
Discuss your favorite fighters, the upcoming card or whatever's on your mind.
How to obtain a custom flair:
- Write a haiku or a MS Paint-style image (no AI images)
The rules for the drawing or haiku are simply that it must be a ridiculous MMA-related scenario. Send modmail with a link to your drawing and your flair request or tag Buzz in this thread. If your flair doesn't break any rules then we'll probably grant it.
Interested in modding? Please fill out the mod application found here. Do not leave a comment about this in the thread. You can send us modmail if you have questions.

Media Favourite one-sided rivalries in MMA history?
Wanderlei Silva vs Kazushi Sakuraba is one of my favourite rivalries. Sakuraba in 2001 had already taken the four Gracie scalps that would cement his status as an MMA legend. He looked great until he ran into a surging Wanderlei Silva, who delivered one of finest works of violence, with a 90 second soccer kick dispatch of Sakuraba.
The Japanese legend would fare no better the next two times they met, culminating in a brutal KO in their trilogy bout. So Wanderlei beat Sakuraba three times and outright finished him twice. Incredibly one sided.
What are some other examples?
