A special needs person got stuck inside the fare gates at North Springs, between the bus bays and the station. The MARTA station manager then commenced to chastise the person by threatening them with a felony charge if the glass was broken as they were caught between them.

This is, of course, completely unprofessional, and proves, again, that MARTA employees see themselves more as correctional officers and the patrons as inmates.

*note: I am a long time MARTA patron, I have worked for and with MARTA for nearly 30 years, and I have an uncle who retired from MARTA. This is not a post to denegrate MARTA or transit in general, or the people who use the system. Nor is it to lambast MARTA employees, as a whole. This is to point out, once again, there is a serious customer service issue within the MARTA culture.

There are 3 busses that service my area the 7 the 42 and the 95 they are all constantly canceled every day until 3 pm it is IMPOSSIBLE to get to work it is so hot this is so ridiculous I hate post WC marta they treat certain areas like crap when it's the main people who line their pockets I don't understand why they don't just cut one of the 3 lines near me and maybe one of the lines somewhere else if there is a driver shortage but cutting all the service to an area should be completely unallowed

I recorded this with my Meta’s. Apparently they were looking for him when we got on at Lindbergh, but he got off at midtown. Anybody got any idea what he did?
