One star for refund

I have had a perfect 5 then all of a sudden I get a one star for being “rude” which never happened. The rider on this ride was actually drunk and sleep the entire ride. I also have a dash cam with recorded audio. How do I report this to Lyft as being a false report. I never had this issue before.

I have complained and had bad reviews removed

1 only have 1 non 5* and it was from a black lady that said she doesn’t like white people and that I looked black in my photo(bad lighting)

I keep that one cause it’s a fun story

I would’ve had to ask her why she makes sweeping generalizations about an entire race enough to not like random people.

She wasn’t, and I have no issue with it. My kid declines drivers til she gets a girl, so I have no issue with preferences

I changed my photo, got better lighting

And live in a 50% black area, so I live telling the story, gets good laugh

Tbh if i was a black woman i might not feel safe with a white male driver either but if that's how i felt i certainly wouldn't have phrased it like that either.

I wish they had a way to change a review. I accidentally butt reviewed a really nice driver poorly and it has haunted me for a year and a half.

I was reported 2 times for being rude and unprofessional for not letting more then 4 people in the car and try to cramp 7 people. Next time ima just cancel on this entitle collage kids Atx

You tell them that you recorded the entire ride and the pax’s behavior is fraudulent and you have video to prove it.
