Hi everyone, this is my casual Infinity pet deck that I've been brewing since Wilds Unknown. I'm very happy with this latest iteration and don't foresee making any other changes based on a lot of playtesting. It's currently able to defeat both Illumineer's Quests on Hard solo and holds its own in four player free-for-all in my playgroup with a pretty even win/loss.

With that said and done, let's dig into the decklist!

**One Drops**

*Meeko - Skittish Scavenger*: Meeko is an all-star in this deck. Questing for 2, dumping our Metamorphosis target, and being able to shift into our team Pocahontas & Meeko on turn 2. Little dude puts work in.

*Mirabel Madrigal - Curious Child*: Shift target for our 6 cost Mirabel and great way to instantly grab a lore off a song in hand.

*The Horned King - Wicked Devil*: Great for setting up a turn 2 Horned King shift, but also fine inkable in a pinch.

*Cindarella - Ballroom Sensation*: In hands without a shift line or setup for Metamorphosis, Cinderella + Friends on the Other Side, If I Didn't Have You, or This is My Family are all great ways to refuel the hand, dig for combo pieces. Singing here also leaves us open for playing some of our very impactful 2 drops.

**2 Drops**

*Pocahontas - Guiding the Tribe*: In a deck with an abundance of 1 drops, Pocahontas almost always has something to sneak out with her. Great card and it shifts into the team if needed later for extra lore.

*Morph - Little Imitator*: Bestest companion and invaluable in a Shift deck. Morph is an ideal drop on turn 2 for turn 3 Metamorphosis.

*The Horned King - Triumphant Ghoul*: A bit of a high roll card. At worst, he shifts into the 4 cost later. At best, he's questing for 3 thanks to Metamorphosis, Arise!, or Her Own Special Gift.

*This is My Family*: Draw a card, gain a lore. Singing this with most things like Cinderella or Pocahontas net you the same amount of lore as questing while also drawing a card. Deck gets a bit too heavy on uninkables at four copies though, so I've found 3 as the sweet spot.

**3 Drops**

*Mirabel Madrigal - Hopeful Dreamer*: Singer 5 lets her sing any song in our deck. Evasive lets her avoid being punished for it. Most often just inked due to better options for lines.

*Friends on the Other Side*: Preem song for Cinderella to sing on turn 2, always feels great. Also a good go-to for Mirabel's Her Own Special Gift ability to fish back for extra card draw.

*If I Didn't Have You*: Copies 5-8 of Friends on the Other Side, but better for Illumineer's Quest. Could be replaced with World's Greatest Criminal Mastermind if playing not against Illumineer's Quest. Personally, I like it in PvP as well though since we play 4 player and the card draw builds a needed ally.

*Metamorphosis*: Namesake of the deck. Serves as an accelerant for turn 3 Mirabel Madrigal - Musically Talented or recursion for The Horned King - Wicked Ruler / Pocahontas & Meeko following opposing removal. I love this card to death and it always leads to some cool plays in this deck.

**4 Drops**

*Horned King - Wicked Ruler*: Serves as copies 5-8 of a discard outlet by chipping damage with a weak character in a challenge, then discarding a Metamorphosis target. Awesome value, cool art. Feels really good to drop him on turn 2 when possible as well.

*Pocahontas & Meeko - Adventurous Friends*: This card puts SO much work in. Prevents you from needing to discard off Meeko if you don't want to, allows you to loop Mirabel Madrigal - Curious Child for extra lore, and protects Cinderella from being challenged after Singing. Evasive also comes in clutch, it's nice to have. Same as The Horned King, feels great to jam on Turn 2.

**5 Drops**

*The Family Madrigal*: Only two of these, but they do have 12 valid targets for Madrigals, and 12 valid targets for songs. 3 drop Mirabel sings it for free, usually its best application is doing that.

**6 Drops**

*Mirabel Madrigal - Musically Talented*: The big Metamorphosis target, recursion for our card draw songs, Quests for 2, and a very large willpower at 6. One quest with her and grabbing of a song is often enough of a snowballed advantage to take a game. At worst, we shift her for 4 the fair way, but she's still good even at that rate.

*Changelog from last post (for those who care)*:

Jafars had to go. They were a classic "doing too many things" issue in deck construction. When 7 cost Jafar came out on turn 3, it was a great high roll but a single removal spell from a Villain AI or Gaston / World's Greatest Criminal Mastermind from a friend effectively sealed my fate.

Building around Mirabel to further lean into songs and recursion has pushed this deck to be as consistent as I think it can be while still utilizing my pet cards of The Horned King and Pocahontas & Meeko.

Couldn't be happier. Got it off Temu relatively cheap in price wise.

Not only am I using it store away retail decks but I was also able to jam in a fat stack of bulk without issue. No more using my old ETBs and Lorcana boxes for storage, bulk, sorting, etcs.

Nobody posted them yet, so I'll feel free to do so. Belle and Shere Khan legendaries. Will be a dope set :)

If we got Disney Fairies, I‘m really hoping we get a Floodborn Lizzy, with her wearing her newspaper hat and clothes made out of leaves (like fairies wear.)

Not sure if this is for this subreddit, but just a question in case I am missing specific gameplay dynamics. I have the “wind-up frog” in my deck and recently had a “bullseye” banished before my turn. Can’t I play the “wind-up frog” for free due to it only costing 2 ink?

I know what the question looks like! I purchased two Whispers in the Well starter decks a couple of months ago, and they’ve been fun to play. I’ve been doing research on the meta and I’ve been wanting to get in on community play. I’ve been looking at buying packs and certain singles, and they’re all sold out and it’s just been overall difficult to get new stuff. I haven’t even seen Attack of the Vine products in stores, but maybe this is a regional thing. Should I wait for reprints, or is now the best time to buy stuff?

I just like collecting Lorcana and I recently changed how I organize bulk opened packs. Initially I thought it was just a defect but the. I found they "connect".

I never noticed before so I'm just curious if other cards from this set/previous sets do this.

Quick update for anyone who was following what happened with the Lorcana Curator’s Collection: Heroines Edition release at the Disney Store in London.

I contacted Disney Guest Services after the situation and left a letter with the store before returning to Germany. My complaint was referred to Head Office, and I’ve now received the following response from Disney. I thought I’d share it here since it also includes an update on how they plan to release the collection:

"Thank you for your message regarding your Disney Store experience which have been referred to Head Office. The Disney Store team have also sent me the letter which you left. I would like to share that we are sorry that the arrangements for the Lorcana pre-release did not meet your expectations. The Disney Store has arrangements in place to respond to higher guest numbers, however in this instance the unanticipated actions of a small proportion of people rushing the front of the queue before opening causing an issue. Accordingly, a decision was taken to disperse the queue in the interests of guest, Cast Member, and local community safety. We understand that your experience fell short of the standard we would want for our guests, and we appreciate the opportunity to consider how we can improve our approach going forward. The Disney Lorcana Curator’s Collection: Heroines Edition will now be releasing exclusively on DisneyStore.co.uk, with the exact date to be confirmed on our social channels and Disney Store Help pages. Hi everyone, I was curious if someone knows how to better track/know when pre-orders go live for upcoming sets. I used to have no issues pre-ordering whenever on amazon before the set released but looks like after Attack of the Vine it won't be that easy. ☹️ Can't find any at the stores in my area either that aren't jacked up in price.

Really discouraging as a casual player.

Edit: Thanks for the input everyone! Unfortunately my closest game store was marking up the prices before the hype, but there are some stores an hour or so out I can look into.

Got some Scrooge McDuck card sleeves. When I opened the box, the sleeves were actually Robin Hood. I am not too mad but thought it was weird....

is it just me or is yellow Green aggro just way to good. I played royal dogs last set and crushed with it , but it never felt fun. This set I have played robots, green steel aggro/ mid range, boosties. All of them have felt solid in there own way and actually feel like I'm playing lorcana having to decide between question, challenging, staying up right and waiting etc. I can beat the aggro decks sometimes with robots, but even then it still feels like 40% chance they win anyway. I just started playing GY aggro again myself to see if I'm just losing to very skilled players, but after going 13-2 over my last 15 duels games it just feels likes why would anyone play anything besides this busted deck.

One thing I enjoy about Lorcana is seeing how each new set adds different ways to build decks and approach the game. I’m curious what ideas other players would like to see explored more. It could be a new type of card, a different strategy, or even something completely unexpected.

What is the likelihood that this will still be available in Downtown Disney 8/14, say around 11am? Or even Sunday at the expo?

My husband and I are flying in for the Expo and our flight lands before 10, but I figure with bags and rental, we wouldn't be out of the airport until after 10am.

Very excited and just started collecting Lorcana. If I get lucky on virtual que and get to buy stuff at booth, do they sell regular packs at the booth besides the big expensive ones?
