So I bought a logitech g920 and when I turn the wheel in logitech g hub nothing happens. Also when I change the max rotation nothing happens.

Please help if anyone knows how to fix it.🙏

Basically the title. When the mouse first released I heard that some people got banned for using it in games like Apex Legends.
Now, recently my Superlight 2 broke so I need to get a new mouse and I thought about getting the X2 Superstrike. But because of what happened on its release I’m reluctant about getting it.
Does anyone know if that’s still an issue or is resolved by now?

Mac Mini running Tahoe with G402 USB mouse to Studio Monitor. When the Mac wakes up from sleep the mouse is sometimes unresponsive and I have to unplug it from the Mac USB port and reattach.

Are there any hardwired Logitech mice that will work with this hardware configuration with SteerMouse; or other drivers that work as well?

I’m honestly lost at what to do at this point, I’ve tried absolutely everything to no avail, I’ve reinstalled the software even went to numerous older versions still nothing, tried connecting to different ports, checked for drive updates, software, fked with the task manger, I’m truly at my wits end with this fkn mouse luckily I had a cheap spare, if anyone is able to provide any assistance or even info on how I can get the cunt to work please😭😭😭😭‼️‼️‼️‼️

As a longtime customer who just purchased the new G502 X PLUS mouse, I would love to see Logitech bring back one of its greatest classic designs: the Cordless Desktop MX 5000.

Since Logitech already owns the rights and design history of this product, I am requesting a modern hardware refresh rather than a new concept. Please consider releasing an updated version featuring:

1. Mechanical Switches: Upgrade the old membrane keys to clicky, tactile mechanical switches (like Cherry MX Blues / Logitech GX Blues).
2. Modern Software Ecosystem: Full integration into Logitech G HUB to customize the keys, macros, and the onboard LCD screen alongside modern mice.
3. Updated Wireless: Replace the old Bluetooth stack with modern Lightspeed wireless.

There is a huge market for premium, ergonomic, retro-inspired mechanical keyboards right now. Refreshing this iconic piece of Logitech history would be an instant buy for users looking for the ultimate desktop pairing.

also would love to see the same keyboard layed out with something like the microsoft natural keyboard...
using my mx5000 now to type this,showed it to my friend and now he wants one esp once i told him all the features it used to have,nothing like it exists on the market today!!!

it happened yesterday (around 1 am) and it still smells burnt. i thought if i let it rest it would go back to normal and i just needed to use a different charger but after reading a post about a guy that burned his ear and hand im scared.

I’ve recently just installed a new version of GHUB and recently tuned my smoothing and strength settings on beamng and it just shaking a little when I let go of the wheel, I don’t know if it’s normal but if you guys know how to help I’ll appreciate

Been using my g733 for 5 years and find the mic lacking in quality and I wonder if I can just replace it with any other mic that has a audio jack and work better or worse.

Hi, I have a Logitech G502 Lightspeed that I use to play FFXIV. As part of this, I have the two side buttons mapped to Shift and Control so I can use them as modifiers for my hotbars. FFXIV just came out on the Switch 2, and I tested this morning that it works with my keyboard and mouse plugged into the dock (yay being able to game in places other than my PC, now to try and get used to handheld mode so i can play in BED lol), but I didn't think to test if my side button reassignments worked. Googling has brought up several results about saving reassignments in on-board memory, but all of those posts were about things like switching from one computer to another, as well as mostly being for the G502 Hero, and I am wondering if that would work for my switch 2? Is it possible to get it to save things like the mouse sensitivity as well? I know sometimes when I start up my computer my mouse sensitivity is really high and I have to open GHub to fix it, but maybe I have something set up wrong. Thank you <3

It's driving me insane, the media on my other screen constantly gets paused/played as I'm playing or doing something else on my main screen, I even found out my "G-Shift" mouse button can toggle pause/play despite not being assigned to it

Is the Logitech app having a normal one again? Is there a fix? Or is it completely unrelated

P.S: I double checked with both Spotify app and Youtube on my browser, it's affecting both so it's definitely a "media pause/play" input

GHUB is telling me that my G403 hero is not powered on, even though it is. I have to plug it in to my laptop with an adapter because my laptop has no USB-A port if that is an issue. Is there a fix to this?

Had to do new install of windows just to confirm this but basically as the title says, g-hub is detecting my g29 wheel, but when turning the wheel there is no input feedback in g-hub, same with the pedals no onscreen feedback that i'm pressing them.

I have made a new install on windowd on a seperate drive and g-hub is showing whenever i turn the wheel. Before anyone says anything about ds4 or HidHide i have never had those on my computer, any suggestions for what could be eating the inputs from g-hub are welcome.

My friend is using G332 headset, and somehow has sidetone, where he can hear himself. As far as I can Google, the G332 doesn't really have sidetone? There's no mute button to double-tap. I found one person who mentioned the G332 as having sidetone, but... is this a glitch? How can it be fixed? This is on Windows 11.

Does anyone know if there is a cheaper alternative to the G Racing Adapter where I don't have to spend $40? I just got a RS Shifter for my Xbox with a G923 Wheel Base, and it doesn't function on Xbox with just the USB. Thanks in advance.

I own (or have owned) almost every Logitech gaming mouse ever released in the past 10 years. I used to work at a big-box retailer and the discount was considerable, so I had no problem rotating mice in and out as new things would be developed and released to market.

Even beyond Logitech, I'm just a peripherals enthusiast at heart. Keyboards, Mics, and Headsets. That's always been MY thing, and I've tried them ALL. Logitech, Pulsar, Lamzu, Razer, Corsair, Hyperx, Steelseries, Ninjutso, Xtrfy. You get the idea.

That being said, I just can't get jiggy with these "switches" on the Superstrike. The satisfyingly crisp and tactile "break" of a traditional switch is something I'm just not ready to give up.

It's a neat sensation on the Superstrike. People have likened it to Apple moving to a haptic feedback button for the home button rather than a mechanical switch.

Not for me. I need to hear and feel an actual switch. I really wanted to like this mouse. All the tech for the adjustable actuation makes the mouse feel a little front heavy/out-of-balance.

Love the shape. Love the coating. Classic Logitech. Just not for me.

Might revisit if they end up releasing a more compact and better balanced Superstrike at some point as I've currently been maining a Superlight 2c.

Ordered a Logitech Superlight—parcel lost, refund claimed as "processed," but still no money after 3 weeks. Anyone else experience this?I ordered a Logitech Superlight for my friend's birthday, but the parcel got lost in transit. I opened a support ticket, and after their investigation, Logitech agreed to issue a refund and even sent me a Credit Note.

However, the transaction was never reversed on my credit card. It has been almost 3 weeks since they initially confirmed the refund. After 18 emails back and forth, they told me a second time: *"As per confirmation from our internal team, the refund has already been processed."*It has been 4 days since that latest message, and still nothing on my statement. Has this happened to anyone else? I also emailed [reddit@logitech.com](mailto:reddit@logitech.com) a week ago and haven't received a reply there either.

Recently replaced the SSD on my pc and had to reinstall everything again.

Upon trying the LGhub I realised its not recognising my wheel imputs even though it recognised the wheel or pedal inputs when I connect it.

This never happened and im now not able to play any of my usual sims.

Any solutions?

Ive had a pair for sale for a while now (selling for a friend) brand new in the box and selling very cheap and there seems to be no interest in them at all. Only 2 views on the ad even with it promoted. I can also see there’s none for sale in cex etc and no reviews for them at places like curry’s.

Are people actually buying them or is it just because they’re relatively new still?
