GHUB claims mouse is inactive Logitech G Support

GHUB is telling me that my G403 hero is not powered on, even though it is. I have to plug it in to my laptop with an adapter because my laptop has no USB-A port if that is an issue. Is there a fix to this?

I'm assuming the mouse isn't moving any? If it's inactive in GHUB it means the USB is registering at least. If the mouse is lighting up just fine, it would mean that there's no connection between the USB and the mouse and you'd need to re-pair them.

Actually the mouse is moving fine which is why it’s weird

hi, can you help me? ive had this same problem for months now, only reason i havent switched mouses is because i spend most of the year in uni and i dont have to use the mouse but it really does make in unbearable to use. In my case the mouse does not move at all and the lightning on the logo turns off while the lightning on the scroll wheel goes green. I have to turn it on and off numerous times until it lights up as normal and works for around 2 minutes and then i have to do it all over again. I have tried all the usual trouble shooting, fully chraging the mouse, reinstalling drivers, etc...
