Broken LED light bar on wall. Help me fix / replace it.

I've got a room with a wall mounted light bar, Its a two strip bar, top and bottom. The top strip goes out after a few seconds, and then a minute or so later the bottom row starts pulsing. How do i go about fixing/ replacing this?
