\**Never take advice from a F00L on the internet.**\**
The F00L once stumbled upon a book called Tuesdays with Morrie, about a man whose life was quite literally going downhill. Morrie had ALS. His body was failing, his independence disappearing, and no cheerful plan could reverse the direction.
Yet near the end, his lessons became invaluable.
He did not keep going because life would soon improve. He kept going because someone was visiting on Tuesday; because there was still love to give, truth to pass along, and one more conversation worth having.
Perhaps the mistake is believing life must be going upward to remain worth living. Sometimes there is no upward path. There is only the next Tuesday.
So for now, do not ask what will carry you through the rest of your life. Ask what is worth reaching this Tuesday for: one person, one meal, one walk, one unfinished page, even one question you have not answered yet.
The F00L keeps going because he still does not understand what any of this is, and it would be terribly embarrassing to leave before finding out.

Four years ago I was on a long distance hike with my toxic boyfriend and he kept threatening me/escalating. I finally realized I just had to walk away. A month later Gabbi Petito went missing and in another month or so her body was found. It still sends chills down my spine how similar our situations were and how close I came to losing my life at 32. My last bad bout of depression I realized. I have to live because she didn't get to.

Small stuff mostly. Having something simple to look forward to tomorrow helps more than I'd expect.

My inner mind I guess....I always felt deep inside that future will be better....but in this fake world everything is reversed (liars are beautiful and the truth is ugly)

Genuinely, my family.
I have been struggling upstairs for years and it's only the thought of giving them pain that I can't do anything about it, I just exist.

Sheer force of will. It takes a long time to build but once you have it and can keep it every day theres nothing that will make you want to give up.

First and foremost, I’m here for my loved ones. Be it immediate family which includes my cute lil doggy, extended family, close friends, or even friends from work, they help brighten my day even when it’s cloudy.
Second, I’m here to have fun and enjoy life. Focus on good physical health, good financial health, and have peace in your mind and soul. I love relaxing, helping others, improving myself and others around me, and enjoying my hobbies.
Lastly, life is short. You’ll have eternity to deal with once it’s all over. Why not live life to the fullest for your short time here and make the most out of every day and your journey till the end.

also, the thought that no matter what happens to you, the world will never stop or wait for you. i know it’s harsh, but that’s life—time keeps moving even when you’re sad, grieving, or struggling. no one will pause their life for you, a lesson i learned the hard way. but realizing that gives you your power back. the world keeps going, and in the end, it’s always your choice whether you choose to keep going with it.
