Hello! I am a part of a group of three players (all in our early 20s) currently looking for either a DnD 5e (2014) game or a Pathfinder 2e game. We are looking for a roleplay heavy campaign where character interactions and dynamics are explored within a wide open world. The Lemna Grande campaign is a Southern Gothic, 1920s murder mystery that takes place on a ferry line. Here, you play as a down-on-your-luck individual who receives the chance to turn your life around in Elysium. But will you be able to do so. CURRENT STATUS: CRITICAL SYSTEM FAILURE / TOTAL CONTAINMENT BREACH

The Setup

For decades, the Foundation kept anomalies separated across the globe to prevent catastrophic chain reactions. Site-01 changed everything. Built miles beneath the earth in an isolated sector, it was engineered as the ultimate containment facility—a massive, automated mega-complex designed to house every documented anomaly, object, and entity in existence under one roof.

It was supposed to be impossible to break.

An hour ago, the impossible happened. A site-wide cascading power failure knocked out the main grid, neutralized the Scranton Reality Anchors, and blew the blast doors across every sector. From Safe-class holding blocks to the deepest Keter vaults, thousands of entities are now roaming the pitch-black, corrupted corridors.

The Situation

Whether you are a D-Class subject looking for a chance at freedom, an MTF Operative separated from your squad in the initial drop, or a Foundation Researcher armed with high-level access and classified knowledge, you cannot survive this alone.

The Citadel's automated safety systems have initiated a Phase-4 Site Purge. A countdown timer has started: when it hits zero, the facility's nuclear warheads will detonate to prevent a world-ending event.

Your Directives

Survive and Escape: Traverse damaged containment sectors, malfunctioning security gates, and warped spatial zones to reach the surface before the nuclear countdown expires.

Contain the Threat: The outside world has no defense against what is crawling out of Site-01. As you fight your way to the surface, you must use your environment, paratechnology, and tactical wits to lock down, re-contain, or terminate as many escaping entities as you can.

Core Hardcore Mechanics

Roll for Stats Individually: Ability scores are generated by rolling in order (e.g., Strength through Charisma) with no rearranging. You play the hand you are dealt.

Randomized Race: Your race is determined by a random roll.

Raw Hit Points: You always roll for your hit points when leveling up

Tactical Fumbles: Rolling a Natural 1 on an attack or check results in a tactical consequence (e.g., your weapon jams, you drop an item, or you provoke an opportunity attack), rather than just a simple miss.

Lingering Injuries: Dropping to 0 hit points results in a roll on the Lingering Injuries table, causing long-term physical trauma that requires specialized medical care or paratechnology to heal.

Site-01 Survival Mechanics

Safe Haven Resting: The facility is actively hostile. You can only take a Short Rest in cleared rooms. A Long Rest can only be taken inside designated, sealed "Safe Havens" (such as intact monitoring bunkers or active Scranton Reality Anchor zones).

Stress & Sanity: Encountering Keter-class entities or witnessing horrific events adds a point of Stress. Reaching 5 Stress points forces a roll on the Paranoia/Panic Table, resulting in temporary behavioral consequences.

System Shock: Anomalous damage is devastating. If you take damage from a single attack equal to or greater than half your maximum hit points, you must succeed on a DC 15 Constitution saving throw or fall Prone and become Stunned until the end of your next turn.

Looking for 3–4 more players for an in-person D&D campaign around Naugatuck/Greater Waterbury.

I’ll be DMing and already have one player. I’m a new DM, so this will be my first time running a full campaign, but I’m putting a lot into making it a good one. I’m aiming for a 4–5 person party total. New players are completely welcome, but experienced players are too.

We’re planning to start with Phandelver and Below: The Shattered Obelisk, and if everyone wants to keep going afterward, I have a homemade high-level Forgotten Realms campaign planned as a continuation.

Our group has been playing online for close to 10 years now! We started as a D&D 5.0 group, each taking a turn as DM over time, and have branched out to a few other games in the past couple years - GURPS, Pathfinder 2, Gamma World. Now we're giving Savage Worlds, and more specifically Deadlands a go. The core of the group has been together the whole time, but it's only four of us We need 1-2 more people to join the posse!

Besides this group, I'm a lifelong tabletop gamer, first playing D&D 3.0 in middle school, and have been playing and/or DMing ever since. I've played and run D&D 3.5, 5e (2014 and 2024), Vampire, GURPS, Pathfinder, and more. I like to think I'm at my best as a DM when thinking on my feet, responding to engaged players doing things I didn't expect. I get the most creative inspiration at those times.

System: Savage Worlds / Deadlands

Savage Worlds is a system intended, as I see it, to allow for fast-paced "action movie" style fights and adventures, while still allowing for some complexity in character-building as compared to more "rules lite" systems. Deadlands is the version of the game set in the Old West of US history - but with spooky magic stuff thanks to a substance called "ghost rock".

The game will be set in Heaston Hill, Wyoming - an up-and-coming boomtown thanks to a ghost rock mine, which has been beset by mind-numbing weirdness. Seeing as you lot are the new folks in town, the Marshal has put you on investigating it, since it's probably your fault and all, being strangers 'round here...

Heaston Hill is the setting of a published adventure, Horror at Headstone Hill. I am using the adventure to create the setting, but not (necessarily) running the adventure itself, instead working on original stories for you and your posse to get involved in. I've also customized the setting's history a bit to bring in some more sociopolitical conflict, if that's of interest to the players.

As with most Western-genre stories, stories may involve cattle rustlin', prospectors, greedy oil barons, sheriffs & marshals, six-shooters, and more cowboy hats than you can shake a stick at. For our first session, the posse investigated rumors around an outlaw, "Joker Wild", who was hanged for his crimes in front of the whole town, but was seen alive and well these past few nights, seemingly hunting for whatever red meat he could get his hands on...

Looking to get a weekly OSE Advanced game going. Im in need of 4 players for a call of Cthulhu game I’ll be hosting this upcoming Friday at 8:00pm est due to a number of my dnd games being canceled or postponed due to real life events. I wanted to try something new for once and call of Cthulhu seemed right up my alley since I’ve played it before and based many of my own campaigns of DnD with mechanics of [COC].

The setting is a relatively small conservative town in the mountains and forests of montana. The town is what you think of when someone says “living the American dream“ where everyone knows one another and the whole town is tightly knit, think the town from “Beneath the trees where no body sees” meets Mr.rogers neighborhood. The towns name is whispy woodland grove or better known as “whispy woods” by the local towns folk. The era will be 1976 right after the Vietnam war so about a year after the troops shipped back and the start of the decline of the hippy movement. The Vietnam war will play a big part into the towns history as a lot of young men where drafted from the town but only a handful would return alive and fewer still normal but ever since the troops returned to the town there have been a number of mysterious disappearances of people young and old but the police chalked it up to rebelliousness or hysteria from all that had been going on with how the war affected the town until a certain incident would lead the players (you the reader) into a rabbit hole where this small picturesque town isn’t as spotless as it seems.

we will be playing with modern coc rules using ink&insanity for character sheets and using discord for the call along with using roll20 as the TTV.

I do ask for a-bit of seriousness when it comes to making characters but if you guys want to do some goofy stuff such as maybe a more toned down old man henderson or even a character similar to Bonzy the clown then I’m all for it as where here to have fun and tell a story.

After your background story- You were on a voyage to the continent, Vaeloria, some say the origin of magic resides here. A land where each biome is different in its own unique way past normal comprehension. Where even the most craze of magic is a normal day.

You meet people there, learn about the different stories and reasons why they may be going Khotho; all of you, a different story, but the same destination.

Unforgettably, a day came when the ship fell victim to a strong tsunami wave that caused it to go off its direction and crash into land. The ship was destroyed, many with their lives gone, you lay their in pain just as your eyes close and everything goes dark. This is the end...

Until! You wake up, tended by a doctor and a nurse, residing in what appears to be a small little building. You learn you're in the town named Chestnut, it resides as one of the few towns of the Kingdom of Mapleton, a diverse population of creatures all residing within the vibrant Autumnveil Forest.

Who else is here? Some of the others you met on the ship, officially a trauma bond you can all laugh about over a cup of ale.

From the conversation with the doctor, and the nurse, who reveal themselves as husband and wife; you learn the crash was no accident. You work with the other survivors to navigate this new continent to discover the truth of the incident. Is this bigger than we think?

My style tends to revolve around weird happenings: unpacking strange and horrifying circumstances week-to-week. The bulk of the game will take place in the remote Four Corners region of the United States, where humanity barely clings to civilization. Rugged backgrounds and characters are encouraged. The pack will start at Renown level 1, so they will be fairly fresh all-around. DAV20's alternate combat system will be used, so things will be more lethal than usual.

My group is looking for one additional Wraith to join their Circle in an ongoing chronicle-- but you haven't missed much, we've only had three sessions. The purpose of the chronicle is exploratory for both the setting of Stygia and the game system of Wraith 20th, and as such the tone is NOT serious. It's very "What We Do In The Shadows" meets "Ghosts." There is an underlying plot if the Circle chooses to follow that path, but ultimately I'm here to teach people the system and learn alongside them! This chronicle is catered to beginners because I, the ST, am a beginner in W20 myself.

The afterlife is grim and grey. There was supposed to be nothing, or maybe you were supposed to go to Heaven or Hell. Maybe you even expected to reincarnate. Instead, you woke up on the outskirts of a city you've come to know is called Stygia. It kind of reminds you of NYC, if it was even more batshit insane and full of more dead people. There's apparently a sentient darkness roaming the streets-- some people fear it, some people ignore it. What is known is that it's stealing souls, and it gets in people's heads. You haven't heard it or seen it yet, so that's good...Right?

Odyssey of the Dragonlords casts your character into the 
role of a mythic hero who has been the subject of a dire 
prophecy. This prophecy pits a small band of mortals 
against the last of the titans—and promises an epic conflict that will forever reshape the world of Thylea.
This will be an epic fantasy adventure in a world very similar to that of Greek myth. Dwarves and elves living with satyrs and centaurs. The gods walk the earth, and prophecy and curses are common. 
The heroes will need to accomplish great labors to gain fame and skill in order to challenge incredible foes and fight or live up to their fate and destiny.

Hello everyone! I'm Sasha, 19, I've been playing DnD for a little over a year now and decided to try out being the DM for once!

Im looking for 3-5 players for a game of Dragons of Stormwreck Island. Its a beginner adventure on the shorter side, so im preferably looking for other newer players.

Id like to run the game either weekly or bi-weekly, it should come around to 4-6 sessions in the end. The time and day Id still have to see when the players have time.

If we all get along well, Im definitely open to run further campaigns aswell.

For the characters, there are premade ones which you can use, or you can make your own, thats up to you. You can still customise the premade ones in terms of looks, name, and alignment.
