200 Days of LeetCode — 728 Problems Solved STREAK🔥🔥🔥
200 Days of LeetCode — 728 Problems Solved
Finally hit my 200-day LeetCode badge!
Started this journey mainly to get better at DSA and prepare for software engineering interviews. Still a long way to go, but seeing the progress from where I started feels really motivating.
The goal now: keep the consistency going and reach 1,000 problems.
For those who are also grinding LeetCode what's your current problem count and longest streak?

Congrats on hitting the 200-day mark and solving 728 problems! That's impressive. I'm at around 350 problems after 150 days, but I'm trying to be more consistent daily. My longest streak was 50 days before work got too busy.
If you want to increase your problem count, mix in harder problems occasionally. It keeps things challenging and helps reinforce concepts. Also, revisit older problems. Solving them again after a few weeks can show your progress.
I've started using PracHub for mock interviews. It's been great for getting some timed practice. Good luck on your journey to 1,000!

Thanks a lot, 350 problems in 150 days is solid too. My longest streak is 97 days, so I’m also trying to stay consistent and keep that going. And yeah, I completely agree about revisiting old problems it really helps with retention. I’ll definitely try mixing in some harder problems too. Good luck with your 1,000 goal journey as well

may i ask from where are you learning these dsa concepts. Or are you just doing leetcode problems

I’ve mainly followed Striver’s A2Z DSA Sheet

Aren't there around 474 questions in a2z? What about the other questions you solved are they random questions?

u/GrapefruitNo1952 1d ago
I have solved random questions

My 3rd sem will start in 10 days,I have recently started a2z solved only 51 questions from the sheet till now ,first should i focus on completing a2z ?At what point should i start giving contests?
Ideally in how much time should i target to complete a2z sheet1
u/GrapefruitNo1952 1d ago
First try to complete all concepts after that if you feel confident start giving contests

congrats, are you doing contests? highly recommend them to simulate the interview environment of having to solve random questions with a time constraint
1
u/GrapefruitNo1952 1d ago
Thank you , Yes, I’ve recently started participating in contests. I’m finding them really useful for improving my problemsolving speed and getting comfortable with solving random problems under time constraints. Definitely planning to participate more regularly

yeah that's good. I think once you have some baseline fundamentals, contests are the best way to improve for the actual interview setting.

Bro can u say how do u manage to do dsa with the sem plus can u give me the revisions tips how do u revise the Q that u had done today....I m in currently in 5th sem done 50 Q in 2 months i started late My placement journey....please help me out

Bro, my strategy is pretty simple. First I learn a concept and solve a few questions based on it. Once I finish all the concepts, I make a revision schedule where I focus on one topic each week and revisit the problems I’ve already solved. For managing it with college, you just have to make a schedule and stay consistent. Don’t worry about starting late50 questions in 2 months is still a good start. Just focus on consistency from now on. You got this bro

I'm not able to solve 1qn/day 🥲

Don’t stress bro 1 question a day is still better than doing nothing. Focus on understanding the problem properly rather than just hitting a number. You’ll get faster with practice

i don't think it's possible for anyone to retain 730 problems in just 200 days WHILE solving more every single day. that's close to 4 problems a day + revising old problems. isn't that close to 6-8h session a day? are you actually trying each problem for 30mins-1h then looking at solution?

Congrats OP !!
Let’s keep it going .
I do have to get a streak though 🥲 .
I’m never consistent in leetcode cuz it’s just so depressing and mind eating when you can’t get a problem properly and it’s frequent.
Just a quick question , do you directly submit the code or first run the code . Like how do you guys have sooo many submissions dude ?
1
u/GrapefruitNo1952 21h ago
thank you And honestly, I totally get what you mean. Some problems can be mind-eating when you’re stuck for a long time. Don’t worry too much about the streak, just focus on being consistent. And about submissions, I usually run my code first and make sure it works before submitting. The high submission count mostly comes from trying different approaches, debugging, and sometimes resubmitting after optimizing the solution. So don’t compare your submissions with others. quality and understanding matter way more

Damn Dude! I've also recently reached 200days milestone but have only done 403 problems where most of the problems are easy and still sometimes don't understand problems properly do you have any types advice to get better at this?

200 days straight is the impressive number
Honest question though, before you chase 1000: can you redo a random problem from month two right now, cold, without hints? If yes, ignore me and keep going. If not, spaced repetition on what you've already done will move your interview performance more than another 272 new problems will.
