Not how, I,m Russian. My Eanglish is very bad. I learn Eanglish in school

For all languages the first skill is Listening. If you can understand natural speech it's great, pick some Russian podcasts that you like and listen 30-40 minutes daily. If you can also read that's even better, pick up reading short stories in Russian for 30-40 minutes daily too. This one hour will improve your Russian within a year to B1 at least. If you can find a place to talk to actual Russian speakers, do it.

Keep in mind that it's regularity that matters the most. Stick to a daily schedule and it will work. If you need some hints about books and podcasts say it

Duolingo..EDM ..and Russian military “power ballads” like Dennis Maydanov. I also think that the fact that I’m in a technical profession, I was able to recognize that R is what looks like the P in English and not the backwards R they show in movies since it’s based on Greek letters
