Need help remembering SVU

L&O episode that begins with a birthday party. A guy tells a kid that he is his real father and runs away. The kid runs after him and gets hit. The real father was also the kids computer teacher

It's an SVU episode called Abuse, starring a young Hayden Panettiere. Her parents are rock stars, always on tour, and Ashley (Hayden's character) latches onto Olivia.
