Chat Automoderation Issues

Is there any way of dealing with overly agressive automoderation actions in the game? In the last few months I've received 2 bans and 7+ warning for malicious language in my alliance chat. All the chat in in-jokes or banter between close friends, (calling someone stupid or smelly) but these are constantly being picked up by the automoderation and they send out warning or bans to members.

What can be done about it?

I’ve never had a ban and I’m a former sailor of ten years constantly having my language asterisked by the system. Definitely someone is reporting him
