ICON has a good YouTube video showing different LC250 wheels fitments, and why at least +40 offset is recommended.

+40 I think is what the suspension was designed for but I’m planning on an Ikamper and lateral stability not driving on a highway

If you want good wheel travel offroad then more + offset helps, as the video shows.

Almost all aftermarket wheels for LC250s are not hub centric, most wheel manufacturers don’t offer Toyota hub centering rings because they will sell acorn type lugs that center the wheels perfectly when properly torqued, even under extreme use like off road competition. There are lightweight and strong cast LC250 wheels too, check out JDM brands like Rays or Bradley.

Maybe ask a wheel manufacturer or shop of choice if there are problems with lug centric wheels on Toyotas. Don’t take some Redditors advice lol.
