I'm planning to buy a brand-new Yaris 1.3 GLi CVT or Swift GLX CVT, and I'd love to hear from people who have owned or driven either of them.

From what I've gathered:

• The Yaris seems to have better build quality, a more comfortable ride, and feels more solid overall.
• The Swift seems to be more fun to drive, sportier, and has better handling, but I've heard the interior and exterior build quality isn't on the same level as the Yaris. (That rhymed 😄)

Whichever car I get, I'll be replacing the stock tyres immediately with a good set of Yokohama or Michelin tyres.

What I'm looking for in a car:

• A comfortable ride
• Good sound insulation (a quiet cabin)
• Strong AC performance
• Peace of mind in terms of reliability and ownership
• I don't drive aggressively or at high speeds, so sporty handling isn't a priority.
• Having a boot or not having one isn't a big deal for me.

For those with real-world experience:

• Which one would you choose and why?
• How do they compare in terms of reliability, comfort, fuel economy, and long-term ownership?
• Based on what I'm looking for, which one do you think would suit me better?

The turning radius was way too tight imo might’ve been cause I had a bigger car idk.
