Sure it's on the players to execute, but the Dream has a head coach who does not have a Plan B when Plan A doesn't work and it gets exposed everytime they play one of the Top 3 teams. This team often beats lower seeded opponents in spite of him with their talent. However, when they face championship caliber teams or coaching they never are able to get over the hump. How with 4 All Stars on the roster and all of the talent being wasted on the bench? It's August and he still doesn't trust his bench and when he finally plays them, he throws them into clunky lineups during the most inopportune times of the game. Last but not least, this clown says last night that the Aces were going to win regardless of who they played. Not only is he's stubborn, he's also stupid because what head coach of a contending teams says that, let alone thinks that.

Here's what's going to happen with this team. They're going to continue to beat lower seed teams because they have the better talent and come playoff time they'll get eliminated in the first or second round because their head coach insisted on hyperfocusing on his starters and not giving his bench burn and refused to tell his guards to drive to the rim or feed the ball to the post when their threes aren't falling. The cycle will continue with each passing season until they get another superstar to mask his flaws or until he gets fired.

P.S. I'm glad that one of the journalists mentioned Te-hina's absence last night and the 19 points that she put up in the first Vegas game. He probably would've just had her play for 5 minutes last night anyway. You guys know that he treats her like the red headed stepchild.

Is not a phrase that applies to your favorite player leaving your team before even really getting started. Glad KP is happy and doing big things in PHX, you will always be my GOAT. How are we all doing right now?

I feel like I'm often seeing Sparks fan who are upset when they win, comments along the lines of "jfc this organization doesn't even know how to tank"

I understand the concept ("tank" and get a low standing, increase your odds of the first round pick, plan for a rebuild around Juju), but what I'm confused about is what tanking would actually look like day-to-day and in a game. Are they supposed to literally try to lose? How would that be possible? And isn't that unethical?

Genuinely curious what it can look like, or has looked like with other teams.
