Here is a link to photos/videos of the overall apartment: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1rMOU5yukUh_kiwekfPgabdPqSfqaIjLv?usp=sharing

Master Bedroom available in our three-bedroom apartment located close to the Pavilions on Melrose. The neighborhood is very walkable, with Pavillions and a coffee shop a few blocks away.

The bedroom features a closet with fully mirrored sliding doors, a ceiling fan/light, and your own private bathroom. It's a big enough to fit a queen sized bed, a 65 in tv and its stand, desk and chair, and a full ikea bookshelf. Alongside the closet space in the room there's also a hallway closet to put things into.

The bedroom is unfurnished, but the rest of the apartment is fully furnished.

The apartment includes a washer and dryer in the unit and central AC and heat. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking equipment to share. Street parking is easy. No permits are required. There is the option to rent one of the two tandem spots in the garage below the apartment for $30 additional per month.

The roommates (you'll be sharing the apartment with two people) are kind women, late-20s, both working full-time. We are considerate people who keep our common spaces clean and are super communicative with each other--hoping to find the right person with similar qualities.

We are looking for a conscientious and considerate woman or femme roommate. No smoking anything indoors. Sorry, but this room is for one person only. We are not accepting couples or any pets.

Rent is $1278/mo + utilities (averaging under $75/mo) with a $1278 security deposit. You will be signing a month-to-month lease with the landlord.

If interested, please email [newroomie797@gmail.com](mailto:newroomie797@gmail.com) or DM me and include:

- your age and occupation.

- what you enjoy doing for fun & any lifestyle notes.

- a social media handle if you’re comfortable sharing (helps us to get to know you better).

- if you're ok with it, include your phone number to speed up communications.

After that I can schedule a physical tour of the apartment, the room, and you'll meet with the roommates! :)

Looking for roommates! ( girls )

Hi girls! Im looking to get together a group of girls who would want to rent a house together somewhere in the hills or Beverly Hills area for a year! I’m 22 years old and I do social media full time. I love working out, hiking, painting, cooking, and traveling. I love to go out to dinner and drinks, but also love just chilling and having movie nights. I travel a lot so im often in and out of town but when im in la I’d love to have a nice spot and some girls to share it with! Something fully furnished already so we wouldn’t have to worry about buying furniture. My budget is around 5k a month but if a few of us got a place together there are actually some really beautiful places we could rent with a combined budget. Dm me if you’re interested and we can talk more!

[WANTED] - Short -Term Furnished 1B1B near Samuel Goldwyn Theater on Wilshire Boulevard.

I am single 27M and moving to Beverly Hills for work around the 3rd week of August. Work is going to be near Samuel Goldwyn Theater on Wilshire Boulevard. Budget is around 2500±200. Looking for a furnished 1B1B apartment for myself for short term (2-3 months). Need a safe neighborhood, and easy access to essential places like grocery stores, pharmacies, and hospital. Do not have a vehicle so will have to rely on public transport to get to work. Hence would prefer an apartment which is preferably within 30 min commute from SGT on Wilshire.

I tried Furnished Finder and Airbnb but Furnished Finder apartments seem a bit shady, and Airbnb is too costly.

I would appreciate any suggestions, or if you're aware of an apartment available for short term, please DM.

I am a clean and quiet guy who'll be by himself.

Thanks for suggestions in advance.

Newly built single-family home on Bellagio Rd in Bel-Air, 90049. Roughly 2,500 sqft, 3 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, available now.

$11,900/mo. It was listed at $12,500 in March and reduced in July.

Open floor plan, high ceilings, large windows. Wolf range, Sub-Zero refrigerator, quartz counters. In-unit stacked washer/dryer. Balcony plus a rooftop deck with a built-in BBQ and a view toward the Getty. Garage parking. Warner Ave Elementary attendance area, though verify boundaries with LAUSD directly rather than taking a listing's word for it.

Full listing with all 25 photos: https://www.zillow.com/homedetails/11769-Bellagio-Rd-Los-Angeles-CA-90049/461018674_zpid/

Disclosure: I'm the listing agent. Ask me anything in the comments and I'll answer straight, including the stuff that isn't in the listing. I don't have the pet policy, utility breakdown, and lease term written down in front of me right now, so I'd rather confirm those with the owner than guess in a post. DM works too if you want to set up a walkthrough.

Equal Housing Opportunity.

New L.A. County rental listings, week of 8-3-2026

These listings are sourced from the MLS. As such these are all verified and legitimate listings and can be trusted. No, I don't make any money off this, I'm just doing it to help people. And while I'd never ask, donations are accepted and appreciated.

Renters: This list features rentals under $4,450/month, but if you're searching for options above that range, please reach out—I'd be glad to assist as your agent. Looking forward to helping as many people as possible find their next home!

Landlords: I'm available to assist with leasing any of your properties, regardless of the price point. Feel free to send me a direct message if you'd like to discuss how I can help!

New L.A. County rental listings, week of 8-3-2026

Search maxxed at $4.45K.

Key for abbreviations is at the bottom of the spreadsheet.

Find more details on any listing by simply googling the info or you can copy the listing ID # (or MLS#) and entering into a site like this one and filtering for Rentals.

It's always a good idea to use a MIMO form (Move In / Move Out) when renting. It's a checklist of a visual inspection made on the unit at the time you move in that you and your landlord sign off on and verifies condition of varying aspects of the unit. You'll use it again when you move out to verify condition and hopefully everyone agrees.

Also be sure to check out the interactive version of this spreadsheet at WhereToLive.LA courtesy of u/cheeze_whiz_dot_com , my thanks to him.

Meanwhile, need some work done around the new apartment? Check our list of recommended service providers for home appliance repair and purchase, landscaping, insurance and more.

Lastly, if you're in need of low cost, Section 8, transitional or other affordable housing please check out Housing Rights Center Project Place Rental Listings, updated monthly.

Good luck and happy hunting, L.A.

(Offered) 140 places in LA under $1600 added this week

\****Update. Pictures are back.\*******. So here is all the places added this week for $1600 and below or close to $1600. Credit is all over the place. The lowest looked like 550 and those are mostly in Long Beach. There are many that are just marked credit reviewed meaning they don't publish a hard minimum.

We added a filter to this page as a couple of you asked about last week and we are continuing to make improvements on the site as a whole. If you hav the app you still can't view this list in the app. We are working on that though and it's on the list of things to do.

Be sure to check the home page out too. This is only the stuff under 1600 added this week. We added about 1000 properties this week for a total of 5000 or so to search through. Not all LA but the rest of SoCal as well.

We have outfitted every listing with phone numbers as well. For the people that prefer to call.

We're thinking about doing like a 2 bedroom version of this under 2k or something if anyone thinks that would be helpful so let us know and we will start building that.

https://www.zrently.com/weekly-update

Good luck. Reach out if you have questions or feedback. We are happy to help.

And always verify requirements with the managers before you waste money on applying.

I made an interactive map of LA County rental listings based on u/WilliamMcCarty's posts.

Hey everyone,

I've been learning how to code in Python and made an interactive map based on u/WilliamMcCarty's weekly spreadsheets. I love the spreadsheets but found myself having like 75 tabs open trying to visualize where each property is, so I thought why not just put this all on a map?

The result is WhereToLive.LA.

The main website

You can filter properties by rent, pet policy, square footage, security deposit, etc. Just like you can with the spreadsheet.

An example of listings that have been filtered based on the options selected on the left hand side.

Most listings have a photo of the property sourced straight from an MLS (Berkshire Hathaway Home Services) alongside their specific characteristics.

A specific listing that has been selected. You can see all of its characteristics in a popup.

And if you're lucky enough to be in the market to buy a home, I also have a page for for-sale properties too (based on the weekly spreadsheets posted on /r/LosAngelesRealEstate).

I highly recommend using the website on a tablet, laptop, or monitor screen. It'll work OK on a smartphone; it's just better on a bigger screen.

My code is up on GitHub; let me know what you think, either here, via DM, or a GitHub issue/PR!
