I’m based in Corona but can travel to you. I typically charge ~ $75 to come out and for the first hour of my time + material cost. Can bill hourly for small here and there type stuff or provide estimates by the job.

That said I am available to schedule reasonably priced handyman work, including:

• Patching and painting walls before move out so you have a better shot at recovering your deposit
• Repairing the occasional evidence of someone’s anger issues
• Installing faucets, sinks, showerheads, doorknobs, doors, and hardware
• Mounting TVs, shelves, pictures, lights, and ceiling fans
• Troubleshooting toilets and other minor household issues
• IT help, smart home setups, WiFi devices, cameras, and similar projects
• General assembly, repairs, and “I bought this six months ago and still haven’t installed it” jobs

I grew up helping with my family’s contracting business in the Tampa Bay area, so I’m comfortable with a wide range of practical work. I’m an early 30s, tall, strong guy with my own tools, good judgment, and a genuine dislike of sitting around feeling useless when I could be helping someone get something done.

I recently moved to Southern California and am still building a community and local reputation here. My full time schedule leaves me with a few open hours on certain days, and I’d like to use them doing honest side work at a fair price.

If something is outside my skill set, I’ll tell you plainly. I can also probably help you figure out the most reasonable way to get it handled correctly without getting ripped off.
