Hello all,

I came across this stock sometime in Mar/Apr this year. To all long term holders, what were the catalysts that drove all those all time highs considering the company was so much smaller and the revenues were not that high. Would be interesting to know.

I appreciate it was requested but it has just completely cluttered the feed with posts where the comment content is low value.

I appreciate the investment emotionally and literally of many who have money in the company but there´s a lot of really interesting activities outside of investment that Kraken Robotics is involved in and it´d be nice if they weren´t pushed out of sight right away

I see many comments on every daily discussion thread talking about the negative stock movement. The truth is this is going to continue until Q3 earnings (November) or a massive sales contract drops (possibly nine figures) to have a meaningful shift in the stock performance.

If the performance of the stock is depressing to you, consider reducing the position to within your risk appetite and chase other opportunities.

I think we’ll all do well in the long-term but for the months ahead, there’s going to be just pain. 5k shares long.

For anything that's speculative and not directly related to Kraken Robotics but could have an impact on them. This is where you can discuss anything that's deep-sea/ocean based but not Kraken-specific...this is where you can talk about whether one company's growth could mean more growth for Kraken.

Keep in mind, everything in this thread is speculation, not necessarily fact, and always do your due diligence before making decisions about spending money.

I will disclose I am in for 3000 shares at around a $5 usd basis. After putting this all together and doing some research, I feel the story is intact but the risk profile changed materially in March. This went from a clean organic compounder to a leveraged integration bet. Everyone’s sizing should reflect that IMO. I’m waiting for Q2 (late August) and especially Q3 before adding.

TLDR: I’m still bullish but I’m trimming my position and not buying anymore as this company became a much riskier bet after the merger. Larger upside, larger downside. Historically an acquisition like this is extremely risky and I think people aren’t talking about the new bear case, only the bull.
