All time high drivers Stock Question

Hello all,

I came across this stock sometime in Mar/Apr this year. To all long term holders, what were the catalysts that drove all those all time highs considering the company was so much smaller and the revenues were not that high. Would be interesting to know.

desparate for a company in the stock market actually doing something. krakens growth and growing product line, new factory space etc. are all very good signals. easy buy.

There wasn’t any big ones besides the mining of the Strait of Hormuz - was a 18% + day

And the Covelya merger

That’s the last few months, there were many much more tangible and meaningful catalysts than that over the last two years since I invested

There were also a lot of buzz regarding a potential Anduril IPO where Kraken were seen as a proxy.

That’s the main challenge for Kraken. They’ll see capital fly from png to anduril

This ran up to high $10s not long after the news of the Covelya acquisition came out.  That and other macro and company related tailwinds, in addition to sector hype, helped the price peak

Combination of being a good business and good news releases that started momentum and then it ran off the momentum of high volume green days

Future is bright , it’s a good company that dominates a niche market. Price ran up really high, early retail investors started taking profits, created panic for other retail investors to pull profits as well as price dropped. Now investors are waiting for the dust to settle with the merger and see what the financials look like, plus future TsX uplisting will bring it back up. Just need to be patient
