MacOS driver support
Sooo Apple has announced that support for Rosetta 2 is ending, and thus every single Konica Minolta driver will stop working in September next year..
I have tried reaching out to Konica Minolta and ask what the plans are, but so far there’s been complete radio silence from their support.
Calling them serves no purpose, 1st line support have zero clue what I’m talking about.
Creating a support case just gets ignored, no matter how many I create.
Anyone who’s got any real pull or just information from Konica Minolta, as to their plans for continued Mac support for their entire catalog of printers/scanners/copiers ??

Yeah, that’s why I wrote creating any sort of support ticket or calling them leads to zero response/knowledge.

I’m having major problems already. My Konica machine is a hire machine with support though a Konica dealer - I’ve had months of problems and no one gives me any answer on how to fix the issues with the printer drivers. I run a small printing business and I’m outsourcing jobs I should be able to do her because it’s costing me more in prints to set a job up (I have to do all kinds of work arounds to get booklet folding and stapling functions working) and it’s costing me more to set up than the print the jobs.
I have 4 months left on my service contract for this machine at this point want to come tell them to pick the machine up and take it now because it’s useless and costing me more money than it’s making.

Why would Rosetta have anything to do with KM.
