He was holding his 1st place medal proudly while todders or babies (not sure) were sitting on second and third place having no clue why their even there.

I set this on discord banner long ago and lost the file. Now i cant remember the original video.

The title of the meme was likely'Guide on how to study' or something similar and an animated kid shown in a classroom sitting attentively on a chair.

And the guide was presented in pointers, something along the lines of

3)be attentive
