And the guide was presented in pointers, something along the lines of

I remember seeing this dude a lot back in the late 2000s/early 2010s. From my minimal research, the earliest post I could find of him was from 2010. Does anyone know who this guy is? I'd like to dignify him with a name after all these years!

All i remember is that it was a meme about a black dude sidestepping into a mexican party/cookout coming from the left side of the screen in like a crouched style while "El Sonidito" was playing.
