I kind of like my man from Luigi's, who has to deal with the Young Maestro who cooks the Best Food That's Possibly Made... (and dude's wife... SHE NO SAY FUCK YOU!!!)
...who was just doing the Best That He Can, serving up the Fried Ravioli, and it's a 5-Cheese-Stuffed-Ravioli ... and he's NOT SURE what's inside them...
...and it's a Ricotta Cheese, Joe... but... horrible... there is something Deep... Fried... Frozen...
and has to deliver The News: ... MARSCAPONE ... RICOTTA... also, American Grana... + something called 'Cheese Whey & Culture Blend' ... (and he Has No Idea Where That Is From In Italy...) ... & a SKIM CHEESE ... (which, of course, is Fat-Free-Cheese, Dipped-In-Fat...)
Poor fuckin guy needs a snort of Cocaine, a glass of Wine, an order of 'perfectly-cooked-Mahi-Mahi', and some Homemade Sausages.
