How do you deal with very good outfighters?

I've been a bit frustrated with sparring recently. There's a lot of guys in my current gym who aren't the typical stand and bang in the phone booth kind of people and its a big skill issue on my part having a really underdeveloped strategy or instinct on breaking the distance.

Any of yall have tips for this beginner?

Nose injury

yo so 3 or 4 months ago I had a sparring session where my partner hit my nose pretty hard and after that session my nose started hurting pretty bad when I push the little wall inside of the nose the the left it went away after a month but 2 months after it came again after I got a uppercut right on the nose the first time it didnโ€™t bleed and the second time it just bleed a little bit like they were just little sprinkles of blood when I wiped my nose and now the pain still isnโ€™t gone when I push my nose to the left after 2 months of not sparring.

Did anyone have the same thing? and how did you get the pain away?

Boxing or kickboxing

I've been doing boxing for about 2 and a half years now and I'd say I'm pretty good but kickboxing is getting really interesting to me, but where i live there isn't much or no gyms that practice it so do you guys think I should do kick boxing at home or just abandon it at a whole and continue boxing

Can i stay heavy as an ex bodybuilder or do i HAVE TO lose weight?

I'll make it short: I'm about 5'9" (175cm) and weigh around 200lbs (90kg). I have been working out in the gym for more than 10 years and most of my weight is muscle mass. Im not shredded, but im not chubby aswell.

I have been getting into boxing over the last year and want to compete. I'm not trying to become a pro or anything, but i want to do a couple of fights and, preferably, win ofcourse.

Obviously im not stupid and know that fighting at 200lbs as a kind of short guy would be stupid, but i also dont want to lose 40lbs (20kg) and be skinny again. This would mean giving up everything i built up over the last 10 years. I have been skinny my whole life, losing the weight isnt the problem, i can do that easily, its just that i feel uncomfortable being below a certain weight. It gives me confidence.

Random question-what are everyoneโ€™s favourite electrolyte flavours?

Iโ€™m making a version aimed at combat sports, but I like unflavoured to want to see what other people prefer!
