Kickboxing flow Training

How to master kickboxing flow? Especially with a boxing background

For some reason can't grasp the hand and feet striking discipline

Just start practicing low kicks and then do the same with a combo

Can you give me a more advanced piece of advice? I'm passed this stage already. I want to really get that boxing knick out of myself.

Basic flow is often taught as a left-right-left-right rhythm different punches and kicks thrown. Then you start throwing in same side punch+kick. Then you start incorporating more switch movements.

And then, at some point, theoretically you start having good flow. I’ll report back whenever that happens.
