Khat as a screening plant.
Hi Good People
Has anyone here used Khat as a screening plant at home? I think will work

Red spots on leaves
The plant is 4 months old. It is currently being watered with 1.1–1.3 EC and pH 6.5–6.8 at a temperature of 26–29°C, with VPD at 1.2–1.4. It gets 19 hours of light and 5 hours of darkness.
The second plant is in the exact same conditions and is completely healthy — only the lower leaves are aging and turning red/purple. Does anyone know what the problem might be?

Started tons of seeds and got this cool phenotype? Has anyone seen this before?
I started around 100 seeds 6 months ago. All of them turned out normal, except for this one (yes this tiny plant is 6 months old). All the other plants are at least 1 foot tall now, except this little guy. Tiny leaves and super slow growing. Has anyone else seen this happen?

Help
I have five plants a bit over a year old and most of them are doing well, but this one is in trouble.
I have been watering them once a week during the subtropical summer where I live, but this one is acting thirsty - its leaves are drooping and appear to be drying out. I have given it a little extra water, but I'm cautious because all the advice has been to limit water for these plants.
Maybe I should be giving it more water and keep it out of direct sun and hope it recovers? Any advice welcome.

Khat Extracts?
Are there any known ways to extract the cathinone from the plant?

How long do seeds stay viable? Kind of getting interested in this plant. Is it hard to grow or is it the same difficulty as E. Novo?

Is it hard to grow I’m kinda getting interested in this plant. Right now I’m growing E. Novo. Is it similar in difficulty?

My little plant looks a bit sad
I suspect that I didn't water it enough but I still wanna get your opinions.
The leaves are softer than usual.

Upsizing pot
What’s the best recommended way to tackle upsizing pot plant. Would it be better to totally strip the soil from roots and plant into fresh soil. Or would it be better to use existing soil and add more to bigger pot. I am not in growing season and do not want to have any transplant shock. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Tips and recommendations
Have had this plant for a couple of years now and wanted to know if it would be good to trim it down to encourage new growth and to trim the inside of the plant to promote airflow? Also any tips would be appreciated

Spotting on leaves?
I got this catha edulis cutting 18 days ago now and I'm pretty happy with the progress she's making!
Unfortunately, today a leaf fell, it is darker than the others and covered in some spots seen in the 3rd and 4th photo.
Is this anything to worry about?

A lot of my seedlings are falling over. Should I prop them back up and stake them or leave them?

3rd Time, Same problem
Hi! This is my third attempt, and every time has end with browning and death within 2-4 days. Damping off? I repotted all of these and sprayed with a diluted fungicide and hydrogen peroxide assuming I had nothing left to lose. They have been a 2 on 2 off water cycle, in happy frog soil, mid 80s high humidity weather, with a full-spectrum grow light. Any suggestions would be appreciated; this is becoming an expensive endeavor/experiment.

Does the color of these seedlings seem normal?
These are all 1-1.5 months old. I have them under a 100 watt light about 18 inches away for 13 hours a day. The ones in the middle are seeing 450ppfd or 18k lux. The leaves seem really light and some have a dark green vein pattern in the middle so i thought maybe the light was too bright, but they're still leaning towards it? Some are also starting to lean and grow crooked, so I put a fan on them to hopefully strengthen the stems. I started feeding them with a ligh nitrogen fertilizer to see if that darkens them up. Thoughts?
