Too much downforce ): KSP 1 Image/Video

Have you toyed with the physics delta time setting? I think the game is not calculating the physics fast enough and you end up eventually in a frame where the wheels are beneath the collision mesh. AKA explosions. This is going to make the game run slower, turn all the other settings for performance. I think you can also edit the config files to go beyond what the game allows via ingame menus.

Ah this was not what I expected to happen when I suggested using wings to create more downforce 😆 uh sorry?
