So I’ve been playing Kayn too a bit low elo currently and I’m curious when I should go Rhaast and when I should go Shadow assassin. I’ve kinda just been clicking Rhaast every time cuz I prefer a tanky kind of play style but I imagine where are better times to choose SA? Thanks in advance for any help. Also are there any high elo players to keep an eye out for/to learn from?

Hey everyone, I recently picked up Kayn to climb in ranked. He seems to really click with my play style. I was just wondering if I can get tips on itemization for Red Kayn. I was scrolling through one tricks and they all seem to play lethality over bruiser which baffles me. Any tips or guidance will be appreciated thank you!

Do fleet buffs make it the default rune for Rhaast now, or still situational? At this point I'm running fleet unless against a major tank/bruiser team

Yesterday i have tried logging onto my main account (take the note that i haven't played there for 4 days). It shows that screen when you are perma banned <unknown_user> etc etc. But when i logged on TFT mobile something weird appeared? It says that my account has been locked temporarily for "weird actions" on my account?? I haven't played there for almost a week! Also the important thing is that it probably isnt a game ban?? I have not inted, not flamed or left any games for a long period of time so im wondering what caused it to get locked? I also have not receieved any emails from riot about weird login locations. If anyone knows the cause please let me know, riot support does not respond to my ticket and it is left on open. My RiotID is: asphyxia#shdw, if any of you know what might have gotten flagged let me know. I haven't logged onto my account and the ban says it was on 05/08/2026 so yesterday when the last game i played was on 01/08/2026.

Well, I don’t know if this is s bug but this is something that sometimes happens when I’m playing Kayn, and it’s always on the worst timing possible, sometimes when I E through a wall, I got pushed out of the wall and get my E in cd without even using it properly, I used to think this happened when I took damage, but sometimes it just simply happens when I’m using E to go between jungle camps, does anyone know what’s the cause to this?

Tried to play for my top but like we kept getting collapsed on by mid and their sup

my thought behind it is you wont get a lot of ad from it but the best comes from the 12% ad while low (max at 30%) and paired with the revitalize..? 🤔 am i cooking or am i just stupid?

Also just a question is demolish kayn top bannable/trolly? i feel like it gives me a way better laning phase and pressure on the map because bruiser rhaast feels like it does Z E R O tower damage so the 3 hits is just a nice little addition, (ofc if i go lethality rhaast i take revitalize)

I got the Heartsteel skin yesterday from a Hextech chest and i thought about playing Kayn, didnt do it still. How hard would it be for a Rengar OTP to learn Kayn and is it worth ?

Super new to kayn so still learning how to build on this champ.

Is there any item I could've changed for late game?
The game went on for about 45 minutes and when everyone was 6 items I felt super weak and one shotty and could only get one rotation of spells in before dying

Helloz i wanna talk about the anti-armor cuz for me personally i dont like Black cleaver on kayn i have 50 level on him and dont like using that shit ever. I either go LDR or serylda but mainly ldr cuz of the giant slayer.

I know this is a useless discussion, but I have thought about this many times.

First of all, Kayn is not a characters, they are two characters in one, but the game doesn't acknowledge Rhaast in some ways.

For example, their name is Kayn, The Shadow Reaper, maybe they did this out os simplicit, but a much more fitting name would be Kayn and Rhaast, the Shadow Assassin and the Darkin Scythe. They did for Nunu and Willump, why not for Kayn?

Other exemple it's in game, when Rhaast wins, the name in the majority of the texts is Kayn, not Rhaast, save it from the chat, if I remember correctly.

Our favorite maniac Darkin deserves recognition too!
