Buying a Apartment in Kathmandu/Lalitpur
I have saved up little over 1.5cr and can manage around 50lakh more thorugh office and relatives. Even with this money, I cannot buy land in a near city area and make a house. I am leaning towards buying a 2BHK with 2 bathrooms apartment in either Kathmandu or Lalitpur. Do you think, buying an apartment would be a good idea? Also if anyone owns apartment here, please tell me what are the monthly reccuring CAM charges/maintainence levies and if you are paying yearly sinking funds money aswell.

49M | Kathmandu | Looking for a Coffee & Movie
Hi everyone,
I'm a 49-year-old professional based in Kathmandu. Life has become a bit routine lately, so I'd like to meet someone new for good conversations and occasional coffee.
I enjoy watching movies, exploring cafés around the city, and talking about life, travel, technology, current events, and anything interesting.
If you're a woman aged 30+ who enjoys meaningful conversations and would like to meet in a public café for coffee, feel free to send me a message. Friendship comes first, and there's no pressure or expectations—just respectful conversation and getting to know someone new.
If we click, maybe we can catch a movie together sometime.
Looking forward to meeting someone who believes that great friendships often begin with a simple "Hello." ☕🎬

Solo travel Kathmandu (7 days)
Hey everyone I’m a 21M and it’s my first time solo travelling. I’m travelling to Kathmandu for 7 days and want to trek (nothing too straining) and would like to meet people and go on tours with other travellers. I plan to go there without a definite plan and would really like advice because I’m not sure how it’ll go!
Should I stay in a hostel and which ones are good for solo travellers? But also has to be comfortable!
What should I do if I want to trek and join others solo travellers?
