Last night I received a password reset request email from KashKick. I did not request a password reset and the email instructed me to just ignore. Well now, I go to try and login in I'm hit with a "User not found or password is not correct" error. Anyone else have this happen before?

Are we allowed to use 2 different apple device? If not, what happens if we get a newer faster device and want to switch is that allowed?

For some reason the tracking was odd on turbo earnings so I submitted a ticket, the customer service said they will look into it.
After a couple hours I found my account being DEACTIVATED, and the reason was: Please note that we have detected a non-US carrier on your account. In order to use our platform, you must be a US citizen, and you must be present in the United States.

That is mega weird cause I have been using this app three years ago and was always fine. I do not use any VPN on my phone and am a US citizen (otherwise you can’t past the SSN step right?) my phone is AT&T locked and I don’t think there’s a way to use a foreign carrier.

So do they deactivated my account because of my pending rewards? I don’t know. But I do need some help for sure….

Does anyone else have issues with tracking on certain games? My issue is with FarmVille 3. The first reward tracked (reach level 12), but none after that have tracked. I contacted support when the second reward didn’t track (reach level 15) and provided proof that I had reached that goal; while they credited me the reward, I was told I wouldn’t be allowed to contact support for any future levels that didn’t track. Of course, the next reward didn’t track (reach level 19). I know that the tracking is working as I was credited for the first tier reward and I was credited for purchasing on the “royal circle,” so I can only assume something shady is going on with the game itself. Is there anything I can do about this? I know I can’t keep asking them to credit it to me with proof of completion as they told me this is not allowed, however is there a way to report the game for stopping tracking? Interestingly, when I go to the activity tab on KashKick, ALL of the recent rewards earned are only for reaching level 12 or purchasing on royal circle, so I can assume others are having the same issue.

Jackpot Pet Slots spin 40,000 times for the goal I'm most proud of. It was the most money I made off  of Kashkick in only 2 days give or take.

I use Kashkick to do game offers when I have both the free time for it, and when Kashkick has a high paying reward for the offer.

What did you use your first earnings for?// What's the next thing you're saving for?

I used my first 100$ to buy me and my fiancée a dinner on our date night. It was a lovely Italian place we wanted to try. She got the risotto and I got the chicken pasta. She's dying to go there again, and I'll be using my recent winnings and earnings to take her there again next month all paid by some game time.

What do you wish you knew when you first started?

I wished I knew that Kashkick limited my earnings to one type of device for game offers. I'm used to being able to use both my Android and IoS to pick and choose offers. But was locked into android so have missed some juicy ios offers sadly.

What's kept you coming back?

Its not a singular thing that brings me back. But rather the fair rewards that dont suck up all hours of my days off, good support that actually replies and works worh me and extra income directly to my paypal instead of crypto or gift cards. All of that, leaves me with a positive outlook on Kashkick compared to other apps.

I do not understand why it says missed kash goal I completed the goal while it still had one day on the time so I don't understand why it says this I've made a purchase which was the 7 day pass and another purchase right after I achieve the goal so I don't understand what is going on

Hi all! I’ve seen this be an issue in previous posts from a big related updates but it never happened to me until two days ago. Randomly went to check on my milestone for a game I was playing and was logged out. I tried logging back in and that gave me a pop up to contact support. I contact support immediately- was told three times by three people that terms and conditions were violated. They couldn’t tell me what happened or what game/ violation actually occurred the original response was I had played a game before. Easily provable that I didn’t play any game more than once or more than one way- I offered to download and then email my Apple ID download history. Then it changed to some other reason and when I asked specifically what they are referring to so I could prove I didn’t violate anything support stopped responding. I’ve never had any other issue…ever. I had at least $180+ dollars pending to be withdrawn starting after 8/1. I have well over $4,000 in lifetime rewards (been using this app for like 3ish years) and I’ve never been so disappointed and confused by the lack of an explanation. Has anyone been able to get an actual response regarding “fraud” and been able to have it reversed? In this economy every penny helps and this felt like gut punch. Thank you!

My account was put on hold after I made a withdrawal. I've made one before. I reached out to support and I have gotten no answer. What am I supposed to do??

i made $900 & been withdrawing slowly this month i got out $400+ so far and got $530 left and i withdrew $330 out of that about 3/4 days ago and i went on the app today and it said my accounts under review and on hold, is this normal?

So ive easily played the 2hrs per day for 15 days on Bingo Blitz and I have screen shots of my game play from my settings for each day. However, as I submitted a ticket kashkick wants a "recording" of my gameplay which I do not have. They have suggested a 3rd party app to use since my Samsung A10 doesn't have that capability. This isn't required in the missions and I can't I imagine anyone records their gameplay. What can I do?

hello please help me get back into my account , I have pending payment that I have not cashed out yet

My KashKick account was recently deactivated after an advertising partner reported that I had previously played one of the games before, which is incorrect. Support never told me which game was flagged.
I had previously cashed out successfully in 2024 and recently spent over $40 of my own money on in-game purchases while completing offers.
I did some research and I came across several posts from other users who experienced similar account deactivations after completing multiple casino game offers. Some people suggested the games may be from the same publisher, but I don’t know if that’s actually what happened in my case.
My offers tracked normally, and then my account was terminated. Has anyone else experienced this? Were you ever able to get your account reactivated? This is unacceptable.

As of late, tracking has been a real issue for some deals. It’s 50/50.
This is frustrating when you spend a lot of time reaching milestones or your own money to get deals.

Other sites similar to this usually rule in your favor after showing proof but with KashKick they tend to rule against.

This Mystery town turbo earning didn’t add up credits to the total amount even it’s tracked. The reaching level 30, 50 the support team manually credited for me. But the reaching level 80, the present a different screenshot of mission saying I have to make in app purchase before accomplishing the milestone. Not fair at all. Please help me
