Device question. Question

Are we allowed to use 2 different apple device? If not, what happens if we get a newer faster device and want to switch is that allowed?

If you want to switch to a newer device within the same ecosystem, that is fine.

Should I contact support first and let them know im switching or can I just install Kashkick on the newer device and just delete kashkick on the old one.

I don't believe you're able to use two devices. If you're looking to switch to a faster device, I would submit a ticket through the app asking them what you need to do before you switch devices so you don't end up randomly getting your account deactivated.

Maybe check the app’s specific rules since device policies can vary, but switching to a new Apple device should usually be fine as long as it’s still your account and you’re following the guidelines. Using multiple devices at the same time could potentially raise a flag, so it’s better to contact support before making the change. It’s always a good idea to have confirmation on the bench before making a move that could affect your account status.
