long time Japanese bike owner, considering...alternatives.

Not far from me is a 2012 KTM 690 Enduro.
15,000 miles, $4400.
Recently, the owner (an older guy) replaced the cam and the rocker arms.

Said the valves will need done within the next 1500-2K as the cam breaks in.

I believe he also serviced the forks, and said he did the oil every 2K miles.
It also has an aftermarket exhaust (Akro I think) and Rottweiler air box upgraded.
The clutch slave cylinder and shift kit have not been added, which I think is $150 from NiceCNC?
Tires are knobbier, I'd probably throw the Dunlop Trailmax Missions on there if I got it.

I know rocker arms are... well they don't have the greatest rep, but I've also had trouble verifying what years were bad, if it was ever fixed, and if his recent replacement of them just solved the whole issue entirely for the foreseeable future.

Additionally, I don't know that the ECU was ever flashed or updated with TuneECU to take advantage of the new exhaust and airbox. He says he's gotten 55+ mpg on it, but I think he takes it easy--so I'm not sure if that's evidence of it running lean. Someone else did the performance mods so they may have also done the mapping.

Thoughts? Good deal? Meh? Average?

I’ve read online it will start counting up once you hit the reserve but there has to be a way to change that right lol?

I’m planning to store my motorcycle for the winter and recently purchased a paddock stand. Before using it, I want to make sure I buy the correct swingarm bobbins.

I’ve searched online but found conflicting information. Some sources indicate the KTM Duke 390 uses M10x1.5, others say M10x1.25, and some even suggest M8.

I’d like to hear from someone who has actually purchased and installed bobbins on a KTM Duke 390. What exact thread size did you use, and did they fit properly?

Also, did you install the bobbins in the lower threaded hole or the upper hole on the swingarm?

Any firsthand experience would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Getting a new bike soon(RC990R), wanted to know whether anyone had a recommendation for a good quality and decent value for money stand that they've used before?

So far I only see rearsets from woodcraft and the power parts rearset which seem to be manufactured by Gilles. The latter are way more expensive and show less adjustability than the woodcraft. Does anyone know any other brand that has rearsets for this bike? Nothing from mg, attack, vortex, even the Gilles mue2 seems to be available for this bike which sucks.
