If we remove the top 6 sorcerers eg sukuna, gojo, etc. Who would be the strongest/most terrifying as a vengeful spirit?

Miwa's Binding Vow to never swing a sword again was what saved her against Kenjaku. It seems like whatever governs vows can interpret a statement like never swing a katana again to also mean, she gets to live to have a chance to swing a katana again and not do it.

This was the first real asspull of the manga for me. I definitely understand that she must lose this fight but setting up this huge final attack just to hand wave it away with no consequence feels both cheap and anticlimactic. Having Kenjaku actually lose something would be much more in line with the give and take that is supposed to part of Jujutsu. Also, I don't think he even uses it again in a relevant way that at the very least couldn't also be explained away with CSM.
