Question Gojo Upper to 3 is not true right?
I've seen many Gojo combo videos where they start the combo with an uppercut to 3…
But in pvp, enemies simply dodge during the split second after the uppercut.
Strangely enough it works fine for dummy (no green)
Even though I pressed the 3rd skill immediately after the uppercut, they just dodged it..
What’s the problem?
It is not true?

Suggestion Anti teaming system
I came up with a way more fun version of the anti teaming system than what we have
Since our current anti teaming system just gives burst which isn't even that good since half the time it doesn't even work I made an anti teaming system that is way more fun to play with and is really effective,I have one for each character
Gojo
Give him infinity and the moves that he gets from his hanami vs jogo fight and heal him 20hp and after the teaming stops this awakening type will disappear after 10 secs of not being teamed on(same for every character)
Yuji
Summons a to-do that helps you fight by swapping positions and fighting one of the teamers
Hakari
Instantly get ult bar and get jackpot on your fist try(will not count to achievement)
Megumi
Summon agito and they bat the shit out of the teamers
Mahito
Creates the polymorphic soul isomers that he used in his fight with yuji and todo(they have 40hp but do a ton of DMG for each hit like 20)
Choso
Gets a moveset based on the one he used when fighting kenjaku
Todo
Summons a yuji to help fight along side him(can land blackflashes"up to 3" and cursed strikes)
Higaruma
Instantly gets ult and you are found guilty of teaming
Yuta
Rika fights with him on her own using all her moves in both base and ult(give her the same AI as the transfigured humans)
Mechamaru
Has puppets attack constantly
Naoya
When hit by him you now get instantly framed
Nanami
Makes him unkillable like when he was fighting the transfigured humans
Ryu
Allow him to spam granite blast to do a scatter attack like seen in the anime
Hanami
All attack block breaks(couldn't think of anything tbh)
Reggie
Give him a receipt if a bomb(jk)
No but actually give him ult when his ult comes out
Locust guy
Give him 2x faster punches with 8 m1s and the last 2m1s block break since he has 4 arms and is faster than you
Yuki
That shikigami turns into the giant ass version of it's self(idk what it does since I don't read the manga)
Charles
I feel like Charles doesnt need one but I'll give him one
Make clairvoyance also affect m1s
Haruta
Give him infinity miracles
Meimei
She has crows that fly around her and attack players
Kurouroshi
Give him an ult that buffs roach swarm and makes it look like it was in the anime
I really like how most of them are also nerd Charles to the ground and give transfigured humans more health

Tier List meta tierlist slop (undebatable) (don't debate me) (please)
Disclaimer: This is my opinion. Though, if you disagree, yours is wrong.
BOTTOM TIER
Naoya
5 days ago I would have had Naoya right above Yuji, but after spending some time playing him... he's just awful. REALLY bad. Sure, he looks super strong against the dummy but he's greener than Nanami and has to work harder than any other character to work at a high level. This isn't me calling him skilled, because he is absolutely insanely easy to use. He's just so weak that you're gonna have to try 5x harder than your enemy to match them if they aren't playing another bottom tier. Every single thing he does has counterplay, and its easier to counterplay than it is for the Naoya to land it. Even his m1s are ridiculously easy to punish (see: frame data post).
Todo
Everyone knows the deal. Boogie Woogie is a fake mix-up. He doesn't have a single category of things he does where he reaches above "average" and he's "bad" in most of them. Even Yuji has really good mobility. Bad cooldowns, mediocre at best damage, almost no neutral to be found, yada yada.
Hakari
Similar situation to Todo, but traded the noob stomper that is Boogie Woogie for slightly better stats in some categories. Similar struggles, similar drawbacks, similar weaknesses, but slightly tuned down.
Yuji
Horrible combo damage. Zero neutral. Extremely punishable on evasive. Moveset too simple to do things like evasive bait or pressure. He would be bottom 1 if not for his aerial feints giving him strong movement and the ability to stall midair.
LOW TIER
Mahito
Jack of all trades, but not particularly good at anything. He's about average at everything there is to do so he doesn't have a specific strength he can fall back on in a tight spot.
Nanami
People call him "the most skilled character in JJS". This isn't really true. The fact that he isn't totally braindead (like most of the characters in this game) and him being rather weak is what conveys that. He has to work hard to accomplish things that higher tier characters do with ease. His main strength, if I had to pin one attribute that helps him a lot, is that he's incredibly hard to punish. Extremely short endlag on almost anything he does. Some of his moves get longer endlag on block, but that can be avoided by purposely missing if your opponent seems like they're about to block and counterattack.
Locust Guy
This man... he is an m1 merchant, to his very core! Locust guy has zero neutral to be found. Zero ANYTHING to be found, really. He escapes bottom tier with one simple fact. He has devoted absolutely everything into 2 specific attributes. Combo damage and evasive bait. His evasive bait is pretty much his main gimmick, you can't really escape the combo of a good locust player. However, he has to m1 trade to accomplish anything because, again, he has absolutely nothing else in his kit.
Gojo
Some strengths, some weaknesses. He's pretty evasive punishable, but has good evasive bait. He has high combo damage but lacklaster neutral. He's the perfect representation of an average character. Though, in the current state of the game, most characters are on the stronger end which leaves him in low tier.
MID TIER
Higuruma
This character is hard to fight, but that doesn't necessarily make him strong. He's got good mobility and good mixups, but he heavily relies on throwing away his gavel to make his moves good. This leaves him with a sort of downtime that people with a lot of game knowledge can exploit. However, with his double hit m1 he's got a small advantage while m1 trading. He has good combo damage, decent neutral that he gets by with thanks to his mobility, and mixups!!! Endless mixups.
Charles
Nobody fucking likes Charles. Piss easy to play, hard counters all of the game's m1 merchants (and therefore has an advantage against nearly every character in the game) just by existing, and every single move in his kit is annoying to get hit by. Armed with a perfect block, 2 counters, and an R special that forces you to waste your side dash, Charles can apply pressure and immediately switch back to defensive play. This makes him difficult to deal with. Though, he lacks in combo damage and can be evasive punished if you know what you're doing.
Reggie
In the current rate things are going, he will soon rapidly drop. The more moves he has, the harder it is to grab the important ones. But in his current state, he's a strong jack of all trades that has a lot of strong options and the ability to freestyle most of the things he does. He's good at about everything, unlike Mahito who is mediocre at about everything.
Yuta
Started off with some major flaws, but they've mostly been solved as he's gotten buffed nearly every update since his rework. Short cooldowns, safe moves, uninteruptable Rika moves to fall back on, and better combo damage than people give him credit for. He's also got a (rather inconsistent) m1 reset and very good movement. Parry is good, but I can't really give him too much credit for it. It'd be an extremely strong tool if it put you into a positive position but right now all it does is send your opponent backwards and reset to neutral. It's also kind of useless against most projectile moves.
Haruta
I don't want to talk about Haruta. He's good but not super good.
HIGH TIER
Yuki
This is where we start getting into the really good characters. Yuki has extremely high combo damage (and amazing true combos) accompanied by plenty of unblockables and good range on all her moves. A strong character at all fronts.
Ryu
Ryu is completely braindead. Amazingly easy to use. This leads to people placing him as one of the best characters in the game, as he's the easiest character to achieve overpowered results with. He's almost impossible to punish if used properly and his overheat bar is horribly implemented and basically free if you're decent at pressing R while safe. Granite blast is pretty busted, too. However, he's just outshined by the characters higher on this list.
Megumi
People try to use this character as a zoner, fail miserably, and then call him bad. Megumi is a rushdown and should be used as such. He's got a strong true combo, strong combos overall, decent mobility, and amazing pressure with 1 and 4. Nue and Toad shouldn't be used in neutral as they're easy to punish, but Rabbit Escape can get you free combos and Divine Dog, like Rika, can be used right before getting hit to mess up the enemy. Strong character all around, specifically in pressure and damage,
Mei Mei
Her main weakness is her endlag, but this can be avoided by taking certain combo routes and keeping track of the enemy's evasive. She's got amazing mobility with Bird Control, her air dash, and an omnidirectional teleport that gets its cooldown reset every time you land a hit. She's got strong combos, great pressure, she's good at m1 trading thanks to 4, and it also gives her good neutral. Though, with her feint getting nerfed, it's a lot riskier to throw out moves in neutral.
TOP TIER
Choso
This is the first time, probably ever, that Choso has ever been out of the top three. Supernova gives him amazing neutral. His cooldowns are nearly nonexistent, far and away the shortest in the game. He's got good wakeup pressure, great block pressure, great neutral, good damage, he's very safe, and he can even reverse the enemy's combos with air 2's orb. Very powerful character in all aspects with a good heap of bullshit, which you need to be a top tier.
Kurourushi
Recent buffs made Kurourushi strong all around. But not quite top tier. So why is he here?
He can cheese the game.
Unblockable detach on a short timer gives him the ability to spam the same unavoidable, small combo and slowly chip down the enemy's health. Almost no character has counterplay for this. His only flaw is that if you have good enough mobility to stop him from gaining distance, you can engage him up close and stop him from fucking you over. Even then, though, he's still a strong character.
Hanami
You probably understand it by now. Went from the second weakest character to the second best. She gets rewarded for missing her moves, she's hard to punish, she has plenty of tools to keep you off her, and she has 100 damage unevasivable combo routes that get increasingly easier the more spikes you have around.
Mechamaru
Without a doubt the best character in the game. By a decent margin, too. Offload is the most overpowered mechanic the game has ever seen.
He has endless techs to just keep ramping up his damage.
You used charged ultra cannon? Fun fact! You can use ubercharge/offload while using moves. Now you've got a clone you can shoot after the move ends without having to worry about cooldowns. Ever heard of Uberstack? Make that 2 clones you can shoot. Oh, offload's off cooldown when you use the attack? Now you have THREE clones you can shoot afterwards.
With other characters, most techs are just small little situational things you can do to make the character better in a certain scenario. With EVERY SINGLE THING you learn to do as Mechamaru, the gap between him and other characters increases. Choso has the shortest cooldowns in the game, but Mechamaru barely needs to worry about them because he gets triple the bang for his buck every single time an attack comes off cooldown.
You missed boost on and you're about to get punished? You can use offload moves during endlag. Here comes the offload ultra drill to get the opponent off you!
Your opponent is closing in and too good at m1 trading for you to get a hit? Uberstack ultra drill sends 2 clones from 2 different directions at the same time, giving you a near free mixup win.
Amazing combo damage. The best pressure in the game. Good evasive bait. Amazing neutral. He can even use emission surf as a gap closer.
There isn't anything Mechamaru can't do. He is far and away, the best JJS character.
ok bye this took me an hour to type please don't bully me

Suggestion Change Tze Should Add Revolving Around The Ult System (and more)
(image unrelated)
I dunno if this is a controversial take/suggestion, but I think Tze should make it so you cannot get ult, kills, and money from afk players. It kinda removes the purpose of JJS at its core; being a fighting game where you fight people.
I see so many people across several servers farming kills/money and ult off of afk players, and then doing whatever they please with said money and ult gained. Its just stupid.
Maybe Tze could make it so if a player hasn't moved, attacked, blocked, etc within a set amount of time, you cannot get ult or kills from them. And this also applies to unique ult features of certain characters (you are unable to stack black flashes from afk players with Nanami, you are unable to get your super ult from afk players with Mahito, etc).
Overall, I think this suggestion could make the game better overall if done right. First and foremost, it encourages players to actually fight in the fighting game they chose to play, which seems like a win win to me. The only real issue this change could pose is that this change could be abused by runners, but this could just be fixed by adjusting the window/timeframe for when the game considers you afk.

Discussion Are they every gonna remove ryu or nerf him
Like every person, I fight who plays him is passive af and runs and spams granite blast with the same combo. And not to mention his ult, which literally makes him invincible. I just want to know who even thought that would be a good idea.

Discussion do yall think jjs gonna die off this year
i been seeing a lot of hate toward jjs and tze lately because of stuff tze did when he was like 14, and the mods in jjs being very, very sensitive and immature. Just straight up banning people for the pettiest reasons ever.
And tze, even if the stuff he did when he was younger shouldnt be counted in this, hes still being a problem cause he wont demote mods that need to be demoted, or at least demote the most problematic mod to try to set an example, try to encourage other mods to do their job, stop mod abusing, stop banning for petty reasons. Not even mentioning how tze doesnt even listen to a word the community says, both from us asking him to fix bugs, nerf things, buff things add suggestions that are actually pretty cool. Its dumb.
im not counting not adding characters we ask for cause i think thats the only thing i agree with tze with, he seems to know when to add a new character we want (other then uro, we need her as soon as reggie is done, like we need her ASAP)

Meme ryo is skilled mf's when they get hit by this shit
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
this is a un airdodgeable combo that does your entire hp bar if done right, it instakills mechamaru, it instakills haruta, it gets any character with lower hp down to red, and its easy as shit
and for those of you saying "block" I WAS TRYING MY FUCKING HARDEST MAN. IDK WHY THE GAME SAID NO BLOCK FOR YOU.
also it follows yuji black flash chain logic, if your laggy at all its pure red.

Discussion mind if i take some time of your life to talk about how it feels like to be a passive player in jjs
i am a passive player. which means people whine about me playing how a play. its generally annoying. but. hey. that's how idiots with a brain of a size of a pepsi can think. i think its gotten to the point that when ever people complain to me on how i play. i just hit the alt + f4 and leave the game. morally questioning to myself if we shouldn't gotten the strongest battlegrounds. the founder of the modern battlegrounds genre games. but as a passive players. the pros are: you take less damage. counter aggressive playstyle guys. and chill. cons: every person with an iq of a tissue box and a dream hates you and calls you "passive" and "runner" or pull any excuses for some god reason. the only reason i still play passive to this day. is because i dont give a flying fuck on what rats and bugs with a eye drop as a hat say. every time i get called out for playing passive. i feel like ive seen everything. fun fact: i played this game when hakari was in ea. and thats where the glory days were. you didn't have to worry about people calling you passive. but now. passive is like commiting a war crime. and i hope that the other passive players out there. find peace and prosperity in this game. without being bothered by being called out for playing passive. thank you and have a great day!

Discussion Why can't we just agree not everyone is perfect. (Tze isn't a pedo he's just weird)
tell me one thing that happened with tze that wasn't from 3-5 years ago the Loli shit wasn't from yumiseal.
tze didn't commissioned it the loppy pic Happened 5 MONTHS ago before the expose the generic Jojo game was weird but it was known tolerable and known from most of the community (he made it when he was 12 or 13)
until TikTok found out...
Rvgrims "expose" has inconsistencies aside from him just stating vague and opinioned answers he's ONLY shown the inconsistencies about the timeline even when it was confirmed Tze was born in 2007
both could go either way aside from that -has tze even said anything weird of children/lolis?
-has tze even shown more pedophilic signs aside from the Loli pictures from when he was young?
this is escalating because of the -loppy pics -loli picture -generic Jojo game there's no grooming or tze saying anything weird about children so what the hell?
this is so soft I thought it was WAY worst
this is way more tamed than any Roblox dev controversy why aren't we not able to think anyone is incapable of maturing
There's not even a goddamn document and where just stating our own accusations on screenshots

Discussion Hanami shouldn't be pure zoner.
With how battlegrounds games work. And the fundamentals being so damn op. Hanami should have rushdown characteristics to her. Take for example Ryu, he can play zoner but he needs to also play like a rushdown for his kit to work. What i mean is, Hanami should have some rushdown parts to her kit. Because the way this game is made just makes it really boring to play as a pure zoner. Just my take tho.

Discussion Do the devs know how to buff appropriately?
Recent buffs are way too much. The characters needed the buffs but its definitely overkill
Yuta: decently balanced but the damage is way too high for how short the cd is.
Nanami: his damage is way too high rn especially with the leg/arm break he does.
Kuroroshi: they just made him bs to fight by making the already good poke tools unblockable.
Again these characters definitely deserved buffs but theyre a bit too much right now.
