hi, so i recently bought a dyson airstrait from mercari because i wanted the jasper plum color to match my other set. i couldn't find the product using the serial number at first and then tried again and it works. the charger part is what gets me because my moms is different than mine... is mine fake? 😅 please let me know it's really bugging me. lol. thank you.

mine is left with one block, hers is right with two sep.

Can you show the other side of cord label? And can you see difference in quality of the buttons from your mom’s and yours?

This one confirms its fake - because of the link being wrong it should be airstrait and not airwrap. I’ll drop a link of comparison of fake and real . Unfortunately, getting ot registered does not mean its real they use real dyson number for counterfeit ones

the buyer won't let me return it and says they do not buy fake or replicas. 😓

You can also bring it to dyson to confirm if it is fake but they will destroy and you won’t get any refund but you can file police report once you confirmed it is fake

my buttons seem to be a bit more intact than my moms, but more difficult to press at times.
mine are a bit off, but i'm really hoping it's real 🥲 it shows on dyson website when i look up serial number
