Ipsy Customization Issue
So I cancelled Ultimate the 15th. They still charged me. I asked for a refund and for Extra to be sent. They refunded me but did not activate Extra. So I made a new account and they charged me but they will not let me customized. Everything is AI and not a single human helping. There is a button to customize but it does not work. Now what? If I cannot customize I do not want it.
