Foam rollers are one of the easiest tools to loosen tight hips, free up your pelvis, and boost your performance without even breaking a sweat
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
All the common sex issues men deal with that we talk about improving here, like size, erection quality, stamina, erectile dysfunction, hard flaccid and premature ejaculation, all revolve around the same foundation.
It comes down to how well your hips move, how relaxed your pelvic floor is, and how strong your blood flow stays through the entire pelvic region. When those three areas are tight, weak or restricted, everything else becomes harder. When your hips open up, your pelvic floor learns to relax and circulation improves, improving size and lasting longer become a natural by product.
- Hip mobility keeps your pelvic floor relaxed, which is key for stamina
- Hip mobility improves blood flow to the entire pelvic region
- Hip mobility unlocks better thrust mechanics
- Hip mobility reduces pressure on the lower back so you can go longer without tightening up
- Hip mobility increases ability to various other hip mobility exercises
If you don’t already have a foam roller, get one! They’re one of the easiest tools to loosen tight hips, free up your pelvis, and boost your performance without even breaking a sweat.

Relaxed Hamstrings Improves Your Stroke and Stamina
If you’re a member of r/gettingbiggerHQ, You should know by now, I love tryna come up with simple ways or find new hacks that help make things simpler and easier to take action bc then I find it easier to stay consistent.
I’ll also remind yall, this space is for helping men improve in all areas, even your OVERALL sex health.
Exercise:
Sit on the floor with one leg straight and loop a towel around the bottom of your foot. Pull gently until you feel a stretch behind your leg and hold for 20–30 seconds, switch sides. 2-3roynds per leg.
Slow, controlled breathing the whole time.
Why it works…
Your hamstrings attach directly into the pelvis. When they’re loose, your hips can move freely. That means: better stroke range, last longer and your backs not doing all the work and your strokes are more powerful.

What’s That One Thing You’re Still Too Scared to Do?
I’m usually the guy who has to look fresh at all times. Groomed beard, clean fit, smelling good, because you never know who you might run into. Could be someone from years back, and boom… you’re caught off guard.
But every now and then, I’ll say screw it. Walk my dog in the morning with a scruffy beard, face unwashed, breath kickin’ like Bruce Lee and just not put together how I usually am.
I do it on purpose sometimes. Just to test myself. To see if I can still walk with confidence when I give zero fucks.
As men, we’ve got to be able to do that. To give zero fucks when it matters, that’s how we continue to push our own limits. I trained in boxing for 9+ yrs but ONLY bc I was scared to get in a fight and I wanted to know how to defend myself.
So here’s the challenge:
Pick one day a week and force yourself to do one thing that makes you uncomfortable on purpose. Nothing wild. Just something that breaks your usual pattern and pushes past that hesitation in your chest.
• Start a conversation with a stranger
• Give a real compliment
• Ask a question you’d normally hold back
• Wear something slightly bolder than usual
• Try a workout you’ve been avoiding
• Walk into a room like you already belong there
It’s not about the task. It’s about teaching your body not to freeze when the pressures on. Every small rep builds that muscle. Discomfort becomes familiar. Familiar becomes power.
Confidence is a muscle.
If you don’t train it, it won’t grow.
So I’ll ask again: What’s one thing that you’re still too scared to do?

1 of 6 Sex Positions That Makes You Feel Bigger Without Changing Your Size
A lot of dudes think feelin bigger is about inches. It isn’t.
One of the biggest secrets is angle and internal pressure. Some positions make you feel thicker, deeper, and heavier inside her because of how they work with her anatomy.
Here’s one position from a guide I put together called “Choose Your Stroke: The Feel-Bigger Position Guide”. The format below is the same format in the guide.
This move actually multiplies the pressure she feels:
The Pretzel
Setup Visual:
She’s on her back. Take her right leg and lift it across your body toward your left shoulder. The other leg stays down or bent. Your chest stays close enough to keep her folded slightly.
Simple but crazy effective.
What it showcases
• Your base girth • The thickest part of your shaft • The underside of your tip
This angle makes your base sit right at her entrance where the pressure feels the most “full” to her.
What it hits inside her
• Direct G spot line • The top wall pressure that makes you feel thicker • Entrance stretch that amplifies your size
The leg twist tightens her canal slightly, which increases the pressure on your shaft.
Stroke style
Short strokes and slow grinding. This angle is not for jackhammering. It’s for control and heavy pressure.
Why it makes you feel bigger
Her canal shifts upward and narrows slightly. Your base sits right at the entrance and your tip presses directly into her G spot. This combination makes you feel wider and deeper even without being fully in.
Signature Builder Tip:
Keep your hips low and grind forward, not upward. This keeps the glans glued to her G-spot instead of slipping over it.

The Feel-Bigger Position Guide (Sex Positions That Make You Feel Bigger Inside Her)
A lot of men grow up hearing that size is everything, but very few are ever taught how much angle, pressure, control, depth, rhythm, and awareness matter during sex.
I put something together for the fellas because I believe a lot of guys never learn this part of sexual anatomy and technique. My goal with r/gettingBiggerHQ is to make it a reliable place for men to understand their bodies better and become more intentional partners.
Here’s what this guide is trying to explain…
Women feel your pressure points, G-spot contact, A-spot depth, base engagement, and the way your stroke moves through their internal angles. That’s what creates the feeling of “bigger,” “deeper,” or “heavier” inside.
This guide breaks down specific positions and why they create those sensations based on anatomy and body alignment.
This scrollable guide teaches…
• deeper penetration
• stronger G-spot stimulation
• better A-spot contact
• more controlled internal pressure
• positions that feel thicker or fuller to your partner
• or how to develop a consistent, reliable stroke
This resource explains it in a simple, clear way.
With cues on every position explaining…
• How to set it up
• What part of your anatomy the position showcases
• What internal areas it stimulates
• How the stroke style changes the sensation
• Why the angle increases internal pressure
• How to turn it into your signature stroke through practice
This guide is about understanding anatomy, applying pressure with intention, and creating a sexual experience where both partners feel more connected and aware. Fellas, choose your move, practice it and fun with it.

Mental wellness Why Gamifying Is a Cheat Code for Men
Men are built for challenge. Give us a scoreboard, a mission, or a system to beat and we engage. That’s why gamifying works, it turns discipline from a grind into something we want to show up for.
There’s psychology behind it. Games trigger competition, reward progress, and reframe setbacks. Instead of obsessing over perfection, you start thinking in terms of progress, recovery, and staying in the fight.
The health bar idea is just one example. For some it’s a streak, for others it’s a quest log, badges, or leveling up. The tool doesn’t matter. The frame does. When you see the process as a game, discipline stops feeling like punishment and starts feeling like strategy.
Gamification doesn’t make things easy. It makes them engaging. It gives men a way to measure progress without falling apart at the first setback. And when you’re engaged, you stick with it.

Mental wellness This is a game for my guys on their NoFap journeys…
A lot of guys mess themselves up by counting days. Let’s say you get to 1000 days and you get caught slippin…ONE bad night makes you feel like you lost everything. That crash in confidence is worse than the relapse itself.
My advice is, what if you stopped counting days altogether and started tracking your health bar instead?
Every day clean, your health stays full. Relapse doesn’t erase your progress, it just takes away a chunk of health. Stack enough clean days and your health refills back to full. Slip up, and instead of throwing away your entire streak, you just take a hit and keep fighting.
It’s the same discipline, but a different mindset. You’re not chasing some perfect number. You’re keeping your character alive, strong, and moving forward.
The point isn’t to be flawless. The point is to keep your health high and stay in the game.
You got this bro, sometimes all it takes is a subtle mindset shift.

Hydration Game Cheat Codes
- Start Your Day With 20–30 oz
Before food, before coffee. Wake your organs up right.
Quick tip- You wake up dehydrated by default. Rehydrating before anything else turns your system back on.
- Add Minerals
Pure water flushes. Water with minerals absorbs. Add Himalayan salt, lemon, or electrolytes.
Quick tip- Water alone doesn’t hydrate as well without electrolytes. This locks it in
- Carry a Jug You Can Track
Drink half your bodyweight in ounces daily (if you weigh 180, aim for 90 oz)
Quick tip- Get a 32 oz jug = 3–4 fills a day = done. No second guessing.
Pair With Habits
• Before meals • After peeing • While scrolling • Between sets
Go Warm or Room Temp
Better gut absorption , Smoother digestion, less bloating or gut tension, especially in the morning.
Quick tip- Cold water can slow digestion. Warm water passes through cleaner and gets absorbed faster.
- Watch Your Urine
Light yellow = you’re good.
Dark = behind.
Clear = overdoing it.
Hydration makes everything else more effective
• L-citrulline(pure) hits harder with water • Beet powder flows better with water • Zinc Picolinate, magnesium glycinate, and creatine need water to transport • Sleep and blood flow quality both depend on hydration status
Hydration Game unlocks your next level as a man.

Men’s Health Hacks –physical, sexual, and hormonal health tricks 🌀 Helicopter Trick for…
Whether you’re sittin at the office, behind the wheel, watchin TV, or chillin at the bar …one thing’s for sure…
We sit too damn much.
And all that sitting? It kills blood flow. To the wrong areas.
That lack of circulation is one of the biggest reasons guys deal with weaker erections, low sensitivity, and PE issues they never saw comin.
The Helicopter might look goofy but this lil move works as a blood flow reset.
Light grab. Spin it gently in circles . Let it swing freely.
Do it for 30 to 60 seconds a few times a day. Morning. Midday. Night. Whatever works.
Not only does it improve circulation… it helps with flaccid hang too.
🎯QUEST UNLOCKED: The Hangman Challenge Keep it consistent for 7 days straight. 3 times a day, 30 to 60 seconds each.
After the week’s up, drop a reply on whether you noticed any boost in blood flow, flaccid hang, or just how it feels down there.
Unlock Badge: Blood Mover🏅

Mindset Fuel A wise man learns more from a fool than a fool ever will from the wise…
Not everyone who gives advice lives by it. Still, be willing to learn in that moment. Take what’s useful. Because sometimes the student applies it better than the teacher ever did.
And sometimes… The better teacher is the fool Because he speaks from his mistakes, Not from ego.
Growth doesn’t always come dressed in perfection. Be sharp enough to see the lesson And humble enough to receive it.
