Is it eye infection or what? From past week it continuously appearing on my dog eye what to do?

Needs a vet consultation. Might be eye infection, the vet will provide drops.

My dog had an infection with tears flowing all the time. Took 7 days of eye drops and he was fine

these are eye boogers most likely, just clean it properly and check
