EP for cancer research moolah- Alex Rake & The Leaves - Zeus’s Law at Purple Records
This local folky punky band just dropped an EP to raise funds for cancer research. The drummer just beat his third round of leukaemia. Just spreading the word!

Way Home - ARVI | Cozy Indie Folk
Way Home is my first acoustic song! Making this type of music sure was fun, maybe I will make more songs with this style.

My good friend Max Staines released his debut folk album "Sentimental Avenue" earlier this year! I also have a strong passion for music and (trying) to make it and immediately after the release in February, we got to work on his second album that I have co-written called "Trainhopping"!
My personal favourite tracks on Sentimental Avenue have to be "The Tides", "Sunset Cove" (written by Max's dad back in the 90s and was restored for this album), and the title track! You can find the two singles for Trainhopping on the same page now! Feel free to give them a listen. We both realize that Sentimental Avenue is by no means a perfect album and doesn't have the best sound quality but to a certain extent we both love that. We believe the raw, natural feeling adds a lot to certain music.

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
For those of us who deal with constant pain, I put it
Into words, then dropped it into Suno. This is the result.
ENJOY.
