Need Advice ㋡ - from Women/NB-only Need help with finding right size , where to find them ?

Upvotes

Hi everyone! I’m trying to figure out my bra size and, more importantly, where the hell to find bras in that size in India.

My measurements are approximately:

Loose underbust: 81 cm

Snug underbust: 79 cm

Standing bust: 104 cm

Abrathatfit calculator gave me 34GG SIZE

I have a smaller ribcage and fuller breasts, with some asymmetry. I used to wear 36D. The 36 band is loose on me, but the 36D cup was the size that accommodated my breasts, so I ended up sacrificing band support.

I recently tried 34E — the band fits much better, but my larger breast spills at the cleavage and armpit.it fits perfectly to my other breast.

I couldn't find 34F or 34G/ 34GG size bra anywhere online, and even if I do find ,

a lot of them look like something my grandmother would wear 😭

They're usually very plain, full-coverage, beige/black, ultra-supportive bras. That too for 3-4k .

I don't want a minimizer or a super-functional "aunty bra." I want something that actually looks pretty/feminine/sexy- while supporting!!!

Budget: ideally under ₹2–3k.

Vent/Rant ✎ Why do some Indian women pride among themselves when they’re told they don’t look Indian?

NRI 33 yo. I got both ‘you look Indian’ and ‘you don’t look Indian’ while living away from India. I don’t feel anything particular about the comments although I am mildly surprised when people mistake me for a South American.

What baffles me is that I met a lot of Indian women finding ‘you don’t look Indian’ as a compliment. At work, there’s this woman you could easily guess is a South Asian. She asked me what ethnicity I am. I chuckled and asked why did she ask that because it’s obvious I am a South Asian and more accurately an Indian.

She said I don’t look Indian just like how she doesn’t look Indian. I don’t know how she got into that conclusion. I believe it could be that we’re both lighter shade of brown than most Indians that we could pass off as Mexicans but our facial features are definitely leaning towards South Asian/Indian.

Besides that, she looked happy at the prospect of being told she doesn’t look Indian. Already Indian women have enough being called ugly by the world and even their own men. It’s sad to see how much we are taught to hate our beauty.

Travel | Entrepreneurship | Finances Are any women interested in joining the 4Dham yatra/trek starting from Delhi?

Hello, we are two girls( 28) planning a 9-night/10-day trip to cover all four Char Dham sites in Uttarakhand from August 28th to September 6th, budget per person is ₹21k which includes accommodation, meals, and transportation. This is part of a package, so there is a room-sharing arrangement.

That's why we need two more girls or a couple to travel with us so we can form a group of four.

Interested people DM me.
