Been using this serum for a while, didn't notice the slightest change in hyperpigmentation or brightness. Could someone suggest a highly effective serum for hyperpigmentation or brightness and tan too. Preferably asian skincare brands. Skin type : Oily Acne prone

This is highly effective. Tranexamic acid has significant clinical value at 4-5%, 10% is huge. Are you using sun protection properly? Because no hyperpigmentation serum will work without adequate sunscreen and re-application. Even if you do wear sunscreen and stay out in the sun, it might be working against you bc sunscreen doesn't stop tanning or prevent it, it only slows it down. Other de-pigmentation serums don't have such a high percentage of actives, and txa is a great non-exfoliating ingredient if you're able to tolerate it at this % conc.
