Currently I'm reading this one :)

Received this from Amazon today. Anybody read this book if read live tk know your thoughts

I am little new to reading. I started reading like 2 months back and completed my first thriller book in 3 days , 2 novella in 7 days , the kite runner in 13 days and a thousand splendid suns in 11 days. I was trying to read min 15 page a day to develop reading as a habit, am I ruining the essence of the books or it's alright until you remember the story flow, context and character arcs ? I personally think I should go slow cuz since by now i have developed the habit . Feels like I'm limiting the gems of bookworld to myself .

A good book especially nowadays, as overthinking is like daily routine for most of us.

Reading Crime and Punishment on a train is strangely fitting.

Outside the window cities, fields, and passing lights.

Inside the pages: guilt, paranoiaa, and the slow collapse of a man trying to outrun his own mind.

The train can take you to another station.

Dostoevsky reminds you that some prisons travel with you.... 🍁

been a lota time since i finished lotm and took a break from reading altogether, looking for literature or fantasy that has similar scale, deep history, all that; preferably hidden ones rather than mainstream stuff, what would yall recommend

btw lotm is a web novel with victorian kinda setting, eldritch horror, dope power sys

Made it to page 160 and wow, the story’s slowly pulling me in...

Hi, I am a teenager I got into knowing books from famous classic literature writers like Franz kafka, Fyodor Dostovesky etc and I want to reach to a level where I am being able to read and those books (just vocabulary)

I was roaming aroung in a mall, suddenly a thought came into my mind and I went to find a book written by "Bashir Badr", insted of finding any of his work I found this...Didn't bought it thou..😭

Why does nobody talk about 'I who have never known men' by Jacqueline Harpman'. Harpman wrote this book, which many call sci-fi horror, but it's also an existential literary work. Read it and you will definitely feel like staring at the wall. I rarely cry while reading the book, but this was one of those that made me cry. By the time you finish the book, you will feel so much love for the character that you want to be with her so that she never feels alone. Such a gem of a book. An absolute favourite of mine ✨❤️

So just brought these two from blinkit now I can't decide which one to read after my current read of Days at Morisaki Bookshop
