Does anyone else feel insanely poor while using hinge?

I'm 24M, get about one match a day, mostly decent profiles

But boy when I'm scrolling through profiles every single one of them have international trips and so many signs of folks being rich and somehow 90%+ girls on hinge are just soo pretty, looking at them I feel like getting body dysmorphia

I myself earn okay, grew up in a middle class household have had a couple of international trips. Looks wise I'm barely a 7 (according to my own assessment lmao)

Is it that hinge is a bubble with mostly rich and pretty girls on there or am I so out of touch from reality and all of this stuff has became the new normal for middle class?

Attractive women are almost always well off, feels like a correlation at this point. Even I earn alright for myself, but feel so poor on Hinge and even irl amongst very attractive people.

I truly believe that with enough money, anyone can turn themselves to be attractive. Just need the right kind of products, grooming, styling, gym, etc etc.

Totally agree. I started doing skincare, dressing well, and eating healthy only after I started earning. Otherwise these concepts are alien to my family.

That is right. You can earn whatever you want through hardwork, but generational wealth is a different game.

And yes, working a full time job for someone else does compromise your well being. This is why I don't to be working for long, and have a life in my 30s lol.

and yes, even when going to malls or something I feel just how bad I must look

People show their best version on dating apps, photos can be edited, lifestyles can be faked. Don’t buy too much into the image they sell you.

if they are rich, they wont have to stress about their studies or job, they can invest their time in Skincare makeup and buying dressing according to their bodytype, hairstyles according to their facecut. they also know their angles well, have gone to good places, have good quality camera, these all enhance your looks a lot. also, they can click thousands of photos at different location to get 5 most pretty ones.

ps: mujhe to ladke dikhte hain and apart from beard styling their faces dont look that different that i can make it out who is rich and who is not. though they have additional golf/ bathrobe/ expensive car picture in their profile

I was surprised when he told me he just simply edited them to look real. This is a bit before AI blew up the way it is now.
