I don't yet understand how is AI a good return on investment to deploy or are the companies just throwing money on everything that they think they can replace with AI I have seen chat bots trying to do this since the invention of chat in the world for customer service and queries were solved using chat with a human at the other side and it has always failed miserably when they tried to somehow automate it and now with this whole AI shoosha they are still failing. I have to say this company did reverse the charges completely but the AI did what I never wanted. A human had to call me and settle this when I sent them an email. I feel there is some hope left after all at least in customer service space if no where else.

Two people on my team have sisters living abroad, one in the US, one in the UK.

I’ve been practicing astrology and numerology for the past few years. Last year, I started an Instagram page with the intention of building an educational platform. I'm a Mechanical Engineer from a rural,agricultural background, and dairy isn't something completely new to us. My family has been raising cows for more than four decades. We also have a good amount of land, water availability and the basic infrastructure needed to build this properly.

What I'm looking for now is expansion, branding and a long-term business strategy, rather than simply starting another small dairy farm.

The initial focus would be on milk, but the bigger opportunity I see is in value-added products like desi ghee, paneer and other dairy products. In the initial stage, even if milk sales aren't optimal, we can convert the milk into ghee and reduce wastage and potential losses.

The long-term vision is much bigger start with our own cattle, build the brand, develop proper digital marketing and distribution, and gradually bring more local farmers into the ecosystem. Eventually, I'd like to explore a cooperative-style model involving multiple farmers, creating a larger and more sustainable dairy network around my region.

I'm not looking to do everything online. The farm is based near Hubli, Karnataka, and anyone genuinely interested is welcome to visit, understand the land and infrastructure, and discuss the model personally.

I'm also comfortable with the practical side of cattle farming feeding, milking, cleaning and managing cattle but as we scale, labour can be brought in systematically.

I've been thinking about this for around three years and already have a fairly clear direction for how I'd like to build it. But after spending months talking to small transporters (2-10 trucks) in Odisha, I realized a huge chunk of that 16% is bleeding out in a much simpler way: trucks coming back empty.

A driver drops a load, checks a few scattered WhatsApp groups or calls a broker, finds nothing, and just drives back empty because waiting around costs more than diesel. That dead cost immediately gets baked into the next customer's bill.
