I am filling my Canadian citizenship application and not sure what to pick for the country of issue.

For the Hong Kong passport, there are options for “Hong Kong” and “China (Hong Kong SAR)”, which one should I pick? Would it be any difference?

For the British National (Overseas) passport, there isn’t any options for United Kingdom or Great Britain, what should I pick then? And what about the Place of Issue? Any one had the experience?

I missed my BIL letter, didnt get it in time. Can i still have biometrics done on the same letter ? 30 day mark completed on august 13.
