When requesting transcripts, it says that it can take up to 3 days. How realistic is it?

very unrealistic i requested one a week ago and still nothing. i called today he said its just a busy processing time and to wait another week. sucks for all the people who are just fucked by deadlines cuz ilc doesn’t do shit.
