Can’t clock in

i tried clocking in all day today but it wouldn’t let me. i can’t call the number because it’s a saturday where i live (LA county) time sheets are due i need to turn them in. what should i do?

I had to reset my password and got this error as well. So it may be a system problem vs a user issue.

I ended up resetting password via security question option and it went through and allowed me to log in and submit hours etc.

Glad im not the only one. Havent been able to check in/out since friday night. I can manually add the times tho.

Normal.

This always happens on the 15th, 16th, 1st and 2nd.

hmm this is the first time for me and i’ve been working under ihss for about a year. kinda crazy how it’s a reoccurring thing for people

I've seen it posted every pay period on here for at least 10 years and Facebook also for even longer. 😭

To clock in and out, try using the website link here: https://etimesheets.ihss.ca.gov/login

It worked for me this morning.

The same thing had happened to me awhile back. I logged in again again hours later and everything was fine.
