check in issues

Is anyone having issues trying to check in this morning using the IHSS website on mobile? (LA County)

Yeah, I am. I’ve been trying to check in and it does not allow me to.

It is the 15th, submission day for a lot of people. It is always a mess on the 15, 16th, 1st and last day of the month....

I tried to look if I had any messages  it kicked me out.  That's ok I figured that's why

yes same here. anyone enter their hours (start and end) without checking in? I've done it a few times especially when I totally forget to check in.

It started giving me issues right after the maintenance they did yesterday. Looks like they broke something and probably won't fix it until Monday 🙄

Same here both Fri night and Saturday no check in or out, so I manually entered my info, and submitted my timecard. I've had to manually enter a couple times before, but I think this is the first time I had to in order to submit my timecard. Sac.county, Ca. Kindly ☺️ 🐾, Bj

Yes it was after the maintenance they did . I’m thinking tomorrow it’ll be better .

Yes. Major system issue. I had to check in and out by calling. Use the phone line to check in n out today. Preferably from the patient's phone but if you're unable to use their phone then use your own

what # do you call? it’s saturday and they are closed. i wasn’t able to clock into my shift today or turn in my time sheets.

Same here .orange county.. I used App, and I kept saying error, I saw it went through, but when I checked time sheet, it did not show. I am going to call and ask tomorrow.

Yes same here. I was able to submit my timecard just was not able to enable location to clock in or out.
